The difference with Trump is he offered the vax, but he didn't believe in forcing it on people, nor lockdowns. That's a HUGE distinction. He simply wanted to make something available for people. Government agencies actually controlled the whole plandemic, not Trump. That's also why they buried alternative and safer and more effective treatments. They needed deaths to blame on Trump and needed to keep the plandemic going.
Trump is not at fault here. Had he ignored the vax, we would still have the vax being pushed because they already had it ready to go before china virus even got unleashed, and would have been still pushed by both the CDC and local governors and such. They would have simply said "The president is doing nothing, we are!".

I think Trumps reason for the vaccine was more about the economic recovery than health.
Just so you know, operation warp speed had parameters for release and payment for a vaccine that had to meet requirements for safety and efficacy. It was a well written contract, the vaccine companies lied about the results. Yeah his name is on them, but they lied.
