As somebody who has been inpatient before— 6 weeks is a LOOOOONG time. Most people are doing everything they can to get out of there and the average stays I saw were 2 days.
His PA seat isn’t occupied by a Democrat, it’s “not occupied by a Republican”. They don’t care if he sits and stares at the wall. That’s how they think.
I'm not terribly familiar with how psychiatric hospitalizations work, but is it common to go in for a month and a half? Most of the hospitalizations my wife deals with are like a week (she's a therapist).
