Nobody knows, it could be some structure that is created by the body. Or depending on how far out on the conspiracy limb you want to go it could be a living growing organism thats spores were in the vax. I have no way of knowing if this is even abnormal.
Those things could be self assembling like a blood clot, or they could be growing like a tube worm, or they could be some sort of scar tissue produced by the body.
In my opinion it's most likely some type of blood clot caused by spike proteins.
My theory is that the MRNA has altered white blood cell production and they are bonding together in clumps, perhaps attacking and then becoming part of it.

Just think all these double tripled or whatever they are on now vaxxed donate blood. Is our blood supply safe from this?
