My best friend smokes more than I do ( he and his wife both ), they have 3 kids.
Friend of mine was a daily smoker having problems and doctors showed him video of his swim team… half’ish were not moving or just twitching some had two tails. It is not a conclusion but he stopped all intake for like a year and his wife got preg’ers and they had a daughter. Anecdotal so take it for what its worth
