Which, of course they do, but fine, we'll go with that. We won't stop the doctors from prescribing puberty blockers. But, if that child is sterilized as a result of taking those drugs (which is all but guaranteed), then the doctor and parent go to prison for life.
And FWIW, I'm against puberty blockers pretty much altogether. As far as I can tell, the only non-controversial use of puberty blockers is for children who go through puberty early, and the only risk associated with that is basically, possibly, extra psychological stress than going through puberty at the same time as their peers. However, the potential side effects - sterilization, bone density problems, growth issues, etc. - are all still there.
So, if your child goes through puberty early you can either:
a.) Put them on drugs that basically guarantee a lifetime of complications if taken for any extended amount of time, or
b.) Ride it out with them as best you can, be extra supportive for that rough patch they're going through, and once everyone syncs up in a few years after adolescence, watch them go on to live a happy, healthy life where you haven't crippled their bone density or sterilized them.
