Yes! They also need to go after Dewalt and Milwaukee as well, they’re also selling devices that encourage folks to make their assault rifles into machine guns! 🤣
So you're arguement is "capitalism" therefore the government cannot be guilty of scheming to take away our rights while the government is also very publicly talk about their schemes to take away our rights?
my argument is that after dozens of so-called "false flag" operations supposedly designed to infringe on the 2A and having the exact opposite effect, even the government would realize they were "slaughtering kids" for nothing and give it up
Yeah okay, so you're just going to let the truck driver, who transports that metal from the foundry, just walk free like he isn't also guilty of mass murder?!
The road is guilty too. He would have never been able to traffic the metal if it wasn't for the roads. Guess that makes oil companies liable too. Since they supplied the gas to make the truck go.
That level of vibrating repetition wedged in a lightweight trigger could wipe out the entire west coast.
(Time required to swap out 10 round mags not included in the calculation)
If anyone tells you to boil water, they're obviously trolling.
Aerosol dihydrogen monoxide is deadly and actually illegal for anyone outside of the media to make. Plus, think about it. If you want to make ice, which is a known byproduct of inducing entropy in a universal solvent, why would you want to boil water?
The secret family recipe to making ice starts with boiling gold, it's much more universally solvent as a currency.
According to the details of the lawsuit, as I understand them, the ATF took three of his "Auto Key Cards" and had their employees fashion them into machine gun inserts for AR15s, and failed to create a machine gun 3 out of 3 tries.
If he’s taking the ATF on head to head when the rest of us aren’t, it doesn’t matter what his personality is. A leader isn’t decided by how “agreeable” they are or how “likable” they are, they get sh!t done or die trying. Trump has “frat boy” vibes as well, doesn’t make his presidency any less impactful.
The people saying that “optics” and “likability” are important are the type of people who think Trump has “mean tweets”.
I was just saying I don't have to like his channel to be supportive of the cause my man. He seems like a nice guy. Just kinda silly. What's being done to him is a travesty and those involved should be strung up for violating his, and everyones, Constitutional rights.
Edit: ...and I myself have been arrested on bullshit gun charges at gunpoint nonetheless...though not federal level...so I understand more closely than most what he's actually experiencing...difference is I beat my charges.
Gotcha, no hard feelings, just sharing my .02, you got some good points as well, subbed to the guy but haven’t really followed his content in the last year for similar reasons, but want to give him credit where it’s due for taking the extra step most people stop at.
Watch armed attorneys. The system is meant to preserve the conviction. This isn’t saying some Hail Mary might come out of this but it’s not likely at least not any time soon
Matt is an SOT (he can legally sell NFA items such as machine guns) and thus is very familiar with the ATF and his local ATF agent. He even ran this by his local ATF office before marketing it on his channel, and was told BY THE ATF that he wouldn't be violating any laws by doing so. As absurd as all of this is, that's the most ridiculous aspect of this whole circus.
We talk a lot about how the elections are rigged but clearly the jury system is rigged as well. Prosecutors can deliver the jury they want that will deliver the verdict they want. If something fucks up they can just drop the charges over a technicality and try again later. They probably have all types of analytics tool to profile jurors, voter registrations, social media markers, that they know will weed out anybody they don’t like for these highly charged political cases. This needs massive reform and oversight because you won’t be getting a jury of your peers
Doubtful. They represent the current state of your average American. Perfectly ready and willing to strip their own 1st and 2nd amendment rights away if the gubmint tells them to.
The fascists that you’re talking about invaded the Bolsheviks, and then were occupied by those Bolsheviks for decades after the war ended. I’m not a fan of National Socialism and I’m not particularly fond of authoritarian governments either. But you don’t need to be intellectually dishonest with history while criticizing other peoples understanding of it, that’s kind of a bit ironic isn’t it?…
Not true. I cite history. Leftists get triggered because of their involvement in the fostering of both fascism and communism.
It's actually a really great way to get them to self identify here. Merely cite the FDR presidential library and you'll get them to gnash their teeth. You know he worked with and praised Mussolini, right?
Are you just dumping your copypasta in random threads now? Usually, when you try to imply that FDR and Truman were part of the Axis powers, your rant is at least marginally relevant to what people were talking about.
My fav was when he disarmed the guy with a gun by sneakily putting a ruler underneath a desk phone, launching the phone into the air by levering down on the ruler, then the gun guy tried to snatch the phone out of the air with his hands, dropping the gun, just like any serious criminal with a loaded weapon would do because oh shit the phone might fall on the floor.
80s TV was fun but so ridiculous at the same time.
Yeah. It’s kind of what made it fun in retrospect. None of it took itself all that seriously. I feel that way about everything in the 80s. We were just having more fun and a lot of it was so innocent. The movies, music, tv was all better than today.
My kids mostly listen to 80s metal and now some even crazier stuff like 70s funk. My wife was kinda mad at first but then she saw the genius in it. There is little to no swearing in 80s music, most of it is good time party music versus depressing suicidal 90s music or ghetto culture post 2000 music, no woke BS in 80s music, and although the bands were often major drug addicts, they never sang about it except maybe some tunes about boozing it up. They might be singing about sex but it's innuendo versus something gross like Cardi B's WAP.
My favorite was when he needed to get through a locked door. He took a bullet out of the gun, then opened the bullet to get the gunpowder and created a miniature bomb. He put that in the lock and exploded it to break it.
There was another classic where he turned a gum wrapper into a parabolic reflector and focused the sun on some surface to surface missiles which then kind of exploded and stunned but didn't kill the bad army guys standing around the launcher.
Edit: I was mistaken, it wasn't a gum wrapper, it was a headlight reflector. I swear he did some ninja shit with a gum wrapper tho
in one episode they used an office workers junk drawer full of salt packets to neutralize a liquid binary explosive just in the nick of time...
in another episode they developed a picture using a bullet hole in a tin shack as a lens for the image to be projected on rust shavings and paint thinner to develop a picture so they could see what was outside the building.
i'm not kidding... sorta
most TV sucks, at least in the 80's every show wasn't about whores, gay dudes, and minorities making fun of white men.
Fun fact: in the very first episode, MacGyver fires a gun (AK-47). At the 7:52 mark during the opening rescue of the pilot. It's always stood out to me given the very anti-gun stance for the whole series.
I’ll be damned, don’t remember that. We watched the show of course cause it came on like around the same time as ATeam I think. I just know it was something my dad pointed out a lot. I grew up shooting competitively with him in IPSC and the two biggest pistol shooting championships in the world at the time were held in my little town in Illinois.
So, I remember everytime he walked into the room and it wa son him grumbling something about “antigun bs” 😂
Barry Il my home town where the matches were held. Masters and Nationals every year. Met all the pros and sponsored shooters over the years. Rob leatham, miculek, Barnhart, etc etc.
And then he makes a "Rocket launcher" with a rock and flies off the cliff...good thing he had that parachute...so corny, but we didn't know any better in '85...
Fonzi was cool. Watch "Heroes", his first feature film after Happy Days and you'll see what kind of bleeding heart liberal he really is. He's still funny in "Children's Hospital", though...life can be so conflicted...
Yeah. Who knew the fonz was so political but that was def the point of the show. Using non firearm methods to deal with all those situations. It wasn’t Richard dean andeeson so much though cause he went on to blast people weekly on stargaze 😂
boot string....my X-Army, Special Forces Uncle(God rest his soul), used to tell me and my cousins about that!! Never seen it in person tho, so could be fake news😉!!!
Fun fact: thanks to ATF incompetence, a sloppily written decision turned every shoelace in America into an illegal unregistered machinegun for a few years, until someone pointed out the mistake and they issued a correction.
I feel bad that I came of age too late to find the resources on how to do it, feels like everyone knows how to do something I don’t and nobody wants to tell. I’m even afraid to ask for help because I’m afraid of being called a glowie, but if anyone could do me a resource to self-research, that would be nice to have.
Your time is much better spent mastering a rifle and becoming familiar with your neighbors and community. The time to learn other things will present itself.
The Lightning Link plans, drawings, and instructions have been everywhere forever. It was a legitimate product you could buy from Shotgun Digest back in the day. Now it needs a tax stamp, but they are easy to make. The coat hanger reference is to a similar device made from stiff wire, but coat hangers today are too stiff to bend properly and break easily in the process. If you get one to work, they don't last an entire magazine. There are better ways to go "auto" if you like to waste ammo. I don't, and while it sounds cool, full auto is difficult to control, wastes ammo, wears out the gun, and generally a waste of effort. Hell, it's easier to sloppily mill out an 80% lower and get an AR to slam fire automatically...or just lighten the firing pin on an SKS...people put too much thought into doing something that's not worth the effort.
He didn't sell anything. He was sponsored by the guy who made the cards and he talked about the cards and the guy who sponsored him.
At no point in time did he sell them. Additionally, the keycards are sized down, and ATF agents spent 45 minutes cutting them out by hand only to discover that they didn't work in their firearms (due to the nature of a common full auto bolt carrier used by most people vs semi-auto less common original bolt carrier that these can technically work with if they are sized correctly).
It's an absolute travesty. They went after Matt because he constantly mocked them for their made up regulations, lack of constitutionality, and dog-shooting preferences.
American Trannies and Fags can go fuck themselves.

Anyone who’s seen his pro Ukraine videos has a point in criticizing him. He’s entertaining and seems like a good guy, but damn he’s got the wool over his eyes on a few things.
Sure but I don't need someone to believe every single thing I do in order for me to appreciate what they're doing.
Trump armed Ukraine. He signed the bill to ban arming the Nazis, though. He thought the mRNA was ok. He banned bump stocks.
If I was facile and vain, I would have dumped on him. Instead, I look for the good and the bump stock ban is getting thrown out and making the brace ban less likely to ever get enforced.
Appeal win rates are around 1% and usually mean a new trial. You go in presumed guilty and appeals judges almost never second guess a factual finding of the jury, even when absurd. I don't know what procedural issues may have been present but if the issue is the jury bring retards then he's fucked.
What I see as more likely is he'll get a relatively light sentence that will take fewer years to serve than an appeal. People in this position don't want to risk a retrial and re-sentencing so they accept it and move on.
Edit: anyone want to put money down that he gets justice from the feds? You don't have to like it but I'm right.
I dont know the sentencing guidelines for these crimes but the time for wrist slaps past when he went to trial instead of taking the plea deal they surely offered
Federal sentencing is very bad compared to state usually and he could very easily spend decades in prison over this
Yeah, I guess it's wishful thinking to predict that they'll get a light sentence. Especially for the guy who manufactured (drew) the machine gun (card). I still see leniency as more like than justice, though. Appeals are a losers game.
If they wanted 5000 to be reportable they should make it 5000. Ah... but then they will just make 2500 reportable. Okay.... then 1250. Until you realize they really want to track all of our money. They want a CBDC. But that would be a tough sell, so they make it 10000, and then criminalize people for lawful transactions. Its a stupid rule to begin with.
If Trump's next term started with him firing all of the commies in government and replacing them with patriots, would he have time to do anything else? They're fucking everywhere!
Good point. Lets do this, instead, but only if we can legislate the departments to never exist again, so the Dems can suddenly reinstate them and re-hire all the commies.
Kwame Kilpatrick was one of the deep state ultimate swamp creature cuckolds and trump freed him on his way out of office. no bullshit, look at all the swamp creatures he freed on his way out of the office
Some of you might not remember, but in the early 2000s there was a case involving code that was used to decode DVDs for ripping. The "hackers" put the code on a t-shirt and the DVD Copy Control Association sued. Supreme Court of California later ruled that code on a t-shirt was speech. I don't see how this is any different.
This is like a gas station clerk getting arrested for selling those little roses in glass tubes, because in mere seconds, it’s converted into a crack pipe. Where is the DEA on these busts? I bet you those glass pipes killed more people than any of those sheet metal cards did.
It's because the ATFs sole goal right now is to subvert the constitution and the American people. Everyone thinks the FBI is bad, shoot the ATF is the smaller much more aggressive anti-American agency destroying our constitution. They need to be abolished.
The ATF are using semantics in the poorly written legislation, mainly "readily convertable" yet I have heard it took their "expert" 40 minutes to "convert" using the card (and it didn't even work properly).
anyone with a CNC and metal stock would have a "readily convertible" MG if they think this little card qualifies. Their expert used a dremel... but you can get a hobbiest CNC for $250 on amazon... so not even sure it should take 40 minutes.
As they say, appeals are for losers, but this has been litigated in the realm of 3D printers and the files to make "ghost guns," and this should be overturned.
That is definitely an argument to be made on appeal, but questions of law aren't presented to a jury. That's something that the judge would've rejected (if it was even presented in this case) prior to a jury trial.
If you are implying that the judge not presenting WV vs EPA to the jury is improper, it isn't.
Questions of law are questions presented to (and answered by) the judge. Judges can answer those questions incorrectly, which is what is appealed, but the jury isn't part of that.
I see that you think innocent people should be locked away based on dumb laws that contradict the second amendment. Not that he was even guilty of the charges anyway.
The jury should be able to decide on all the facts, including previous rulings and what someone may have been thinking when they initially concluded the 'offense' was legal.
No they shouldn't. The jury is there to determine the facts as related to the charges, not whether the charges are legitimate. There are multiple other segments of the judicial system that determine the legitimacy of the charges.
Their own testimony said it took 45 minutes with a Dremel to cut out the pieces, while other conversions take 10 minutes, like twisting a coat hanger. This is an attack on the first and second amendment.
You can literally make one of these things out of a coat hanger using a pair of needle-nose pliers. They're actually kind of dangerous since you can't disable the automatic firing without taking apart your gun again. All they really do is waste ammo and put you on the feds radar if you're selling them or even posting an infographic on how to make one.
After Musk's brain link or whatever goes mainstream and everyone thinks it's great you can use your phone without even touching it you'll go to prison for even thinking about making a machine gun.
Can anyone explain how the US government can enforce gun laws when 2A clearly states, "the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed"?
What are the chances that the ATF was purposefully named grouping Firearms together with Alcohol and Tobacco in order to transfer the stigma of alcohol and tobacco as being "bad" to guns?
Matt Hoover was courageous and decided to fight in court. What a horrendous travesty this is.
Hopefully on appeal he beats it. I never really liked him or his channel but that's fucked up.
Yes! They also need to go after Dewalt and Milwaukee as well, they’re also selling devices that encourage folks to make their assault rifles into machine guns! 🤣
WA gun dealers can't keep any on the shelves because of people buying them up before the law takes effect
any time the D's start their anti gun shit after a mass shooting gun sales skyrocket
that's why the idea of them being "false flags" is totally stupid
So you're arguement is "capitalism" therefore the government cannot be guilty of scheming to take away our rights while the government is also very publicly talk about their schemes to take away our rights?
What other hot takes you got ?
my argument is that after dozens of so-called "false flag" operations supposedly designed to infringe on the 2A and having the exact opposite effect, even the government would realize they were "slaughtering kids" for nothing and give it up
tl;dr false flags are bullshit
fuck that, go after all the companies that produce metal
it is crucial to the manufacture of deadly assault style weapons
Yeah okay, so you're just going to let the truck driver, who transports that metal from the foundry, just walk free like he isn't also guilty of mass murder?!
Also the employees at Peterbuilt are equally to blame for selling that mass murderer his truck, and Loves for selling him the gas!
It's the recyclers that are to blame. They're practically giving free metal away to manufacturers!
Fucking LOVE me some peterbilt.
How about the diesel mechanic that keeps him on the road.. he's guilty AF too!
The road is guilty too. He would have never been able to traffic the metal if it wasn't for the roads. Guess that makes oil companies liable too. Since they supplied the gas to make the truck go.

You’re not making bad points, but there is some muddied info in there and you’re being way too aggressive given that and other factors.
Just calm down and talk, explain yourself without resorting to the lefts tactics — because their tactics suck, rarely leading to productivity.
The amount of negative feedback you’re receiving right now is indicative of how people generally receive leftists in the real world.
But I don't do that. I disagree with you and I'm not doing that. That alone is proof your claim about me is false.

Richard Dean Anderson was on the board of Handgun Control Inc and has always been anti gun as well.
I'm glad that Richard Dean Anderson got to go on to do Stargate and fire off a few million rounds and kill lots of people and aliens in the process.

Brandon "The AK Guy" H. had a good overview on the thing.
Can I get a link to what you're talking about?

Careful, if you mention the big H some people will start gnashing their teeth that he isn't pure enough.
I like him, too. Gun meme reviews with Kyle Rittenhouse was my favorite.
Administrative Results is another good one. I think they're brothers but they joke Aaron is the son. Makes me laugh.
A key point that I remember from one of his early videos is that the ATF is in the business of prosecuting people for almost committing crimes.
I assume there will be a win in an appeal
We live in America though, so I doubt it. Our shit's all retarded.
how do you think all of this gun bullshit gets overturned by SCOTUS?
I would assume not. We are a captured nation. They want the guns so bad they can taste them.
Depends on who appointed the judge.
if he doesn't his lawyer needs to be kicked in the balls
Appeals being for losers is a meme, but really trials themselves are for losers
Very very few people win at trial in criminal courts, and over 90% of defendants take pleas before it ever gets to trial
If you take your case to trial the system is set up to punish you more for the unspoken crime of making them work to prove their case
this is what they are using to go after him
the whole "structuring" thing is an unconstitutional weapon being used against the regime's enemies
$10,000 is reportable
If you deposit $5000, AHA!
you are structuring to avoid the reporting requirement
he is essentially charged with possibly committing a crime
If they wanted 5000 to be reportable they should make it 5000. Ah... but then they will just make 2500 reportable. Okay.... then 1250. Until you realize they really want to track all of our money. They want a CBDC. But that would be a tough sell, so they make it 10000, and then criminalize people for lawful transactions. Its a stupid rule to begin with.
Take a few minutes and get to know your ATF director Steven Dettelbach https://www.c-span.org/video/?527123-1/atf-director-gun-violence he’s a Communist Lawyer and interpreting past Laws is his strategy.
If Trump's next term started with him firing all of the commies in government and replacing them with patriots, would he have time to do anything else? They're fucking everywhere!
Trump has already indicated that he is compiling lists of his appointments and replacements
on his first day in office, there is going to be a purge
Oh, cool! Will there be an emergency broadcast, then an announcement of the commencement of the purge?
Why would you want to replace cancer with something that will turn into cancer again over time? Just fire them and reduce the size of government
seriously fire as many people as possible, and just don't rehire anyone
people will see how little difference it makes
Good point. Lets do this, instead, but only if we can legislate the departments to never exist again, so the Dems can suddenly reinstate them and re-hire all the commies.
There are plenty of Americans willing to help scoop them up and properly "handle" them.
That’s the job of the VP or someone near that level, the Don will be to involved in cleaning up the Foreign Policy mess we’re headed for.
So he'll outsource to the swamp as usual and then complain on some obscure platform that the commies aren't playing nice.
Nah, not this time I suspect. He only needs a hardcore like Steven Miller, some one who gets off on firing Commies.
Now we're talking!!!!
Or Kash Patel, or Grenell... Someone who gave the Deep State aneurisms last time.
deported
Trump's not going to do that. He freed the ultimate swamp creature Kwame Kilpatrick on his way out of office
Bullshit. He's said over and over that he'll be purging the Deep State, day one, and has laid out exactly how he'll do so.
Kwame Kilpatrick was one of the deep state ultimate swamp creature cuckolds and trump freed him on his way out of office. no bullshit, look at all the swamp creatures he freed on his way out of the office
Yeah, I'm sure Obama's DOJ prosecuted and imprisoned "one of the deep state ultimate swamp creature cuckolds"...
deported
go fuck you mother, Biden trash
why are you ghey?
Look who's talking.
blow me Biden fucker
blow me, child fucker
Take your pandering and faggotry someplace else, shitstain.
Fuck the law
Just listen to the dramatic fucking music...🙄
If your government is gay enough to ban shapes, you need a new government.
They are soooo gaaaaaaay!
Some of you might not remember, but in the early 2000s there was a case involving code that was used to decode DVDs for ripping. The "hackers" put the code on a t-shirt and the DVD Copy Control Association sued. Supreme Court of California later ruled that code on a t-shirt was speech. I don't see how this is any different.

send this to the guy in the video. For real. His lawyer may not have it and this very valid precedece.
100% agree with you pede!
ATF has no reason to exist. Change my mind.
ATF should definitely exist as a righteous corner store carrying 3 of my favorite products
And explosives please!
Disagree, they should be an awesome convenience store selling the things their letters represent.
maybe not tobacco though. cbd maybe
Personally not a fan of either, but should the government have their fingers in it? Rhetorical question.
Well someone needs to compete with Peta Animal Shelters in their favorite passtime: needlessly killing dogs
i like when they raid bad ffls that sell to felons or knowing conduct straw purchases. basically nothing else though.
no administrative agency has the right to exist
they are all unconstitutional
Full Metal KeyCard
DI Hartman singing:
This one's for payment...this one's for fun...
This one's an ID, this one a gun
it is kinda like a p80% semi-auto machine gun card
This is like a gas station clerk getting arrested for selling those little roses in glass tubes, because in mere seconds, it’s converted into a crack pipe. Where is the DEA on these busts? I bet you those glass pipes killed more people than any of those sheet metal cards did.
it's actually worse than that because these didn't even work and weren't even designed to actually work
And also because Matt literally got an OK from the ATF at the outset.
he should have gotten it in writing. I trust him, but ALWAYS get it in writing.
It's because the ATFs sole goal right now is to subvert the constitution and the American people. Everyone thinks the FBI is bad, shoot the ATF is the smaller much more aggressive anti-American agency destroying our constitution. They need to be abolished.
how the hell do you smoke crack out of those things? it doesn't even have a choke
It doesn't have a hole like a weed pipe to clear it, if that's what you mean
It just a straight glass tube with a piece of brillo pad in the end
You put your crack rock on the brillo pad and light it and inhale
....that's fucked!
Figured you were a crack-smoking faggot. Please OD.
How does stuffing Brillo pad create a choke?
You already know, since every time you get a Brillo pad stuffed up your ass, you choke.
you are gay.
Projection.
What's this? A search query?!?!
https://search.brave.com/search?q=auto+key+card+pdf&source=web
The ATF are using semantics in the poorly written legislation, mainly "readily convertable" yet I have heard it took their "expert" 40 minutes to "convert" using the card (and it didn't even work properly).
anyone with a CNC and metal stock would have a "readily convertible" MG if they think this little card qualifies. Their expert used a dremel... but you can get a hobbiest CNC for $250 on amazon... so not even sure it should take 40 minutes.
I can make a cardboard cutout of a machine gun. I dare not do it, but I could.
Careful, that search query might be illegal!
Information wants to be free.
As they say, appeals are for losers, but this has been litigated in the realm of 3D printers and the files to make "ghost guns," and this should be overturned.
Trying to defend what he was doing was stupid. Instead he should have gone on the attack with EPA vs W.V.
That is definitely an argument to be made on appeal, but questions of law aren't presented to a jury. That's something that the judge would've rejected (if it was even presented in this case) prior to a jury trial.
judges withholding information from the jury can make or break a case.
I see that you are a retard incapable of basic reading comprehension, let alone understanding something as simple as scope of responsibility.
It always amazes me that you faggots haven't cut your own throats shaving for how far simple concepts are beyond you.
The jury should be able to decide on all the facts, including previous rulings and what someone may have been thinking when they initially concluded the 'offense' was legal.
Improper can mean legally improper or morally.
No they shouldn't. The jury is there to determine the facts as related to the charges, not whether the charges are legitimate. There are multiple other segments of the judicial system that determine the legitimacy of the charges.
you're stupid
this doj needs to be abolish ... fucking corrupt trash targeting 2A ... instead of going out defending America and arresting real criminals
That is increasingly becoming their strat: "yeah sure it's a protected right to own firearms, but f, i, r, e, a, r, m and s are all illegal".
Wouldn’t want civilians with full auto capabilities… that’s racist.
Hope he appeals based on the egregious violation of the First Amendment this represents.
U N C O N S T I T U T I O N A L
Their own testimony said it took 45 minutes with a Dremel to cut out the pieces, while other conversions take 10 minutes, like twisting a coat hanger. This is an attack on the first and second amendment.
Yeah it also didn't work because it's intentionally missized. Caused their guns to jam 🤣
Good Brandon Herrera video.
There is no justice left in the justice system and it's a problem for us.. we need to make it a problem for the elites
I mean they are fucking retarded.
This is clear violation of the 1st amendment. Convict and hang the treasonists behind this injustice high.
Absolutely retarded. I can 3d print an auto sear if I wanted.
🤔 ....I have an idea.
After Musk's brain link or whatever goes mainstream and everyone thinks it's great you can use your phone without even touching it you'll go to prison for even thinking about making a machine gun.
Can anyone explain how the US government can enforce gun laws when 2A clearly states, "the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed"?
infringing on our rights hard. full auto should not be illegal
What are the chances that the ATF was purposefully named grouping Firearms together with Alcohol and Tobacco in order to transfer the stigma of alcohol and tobacco as being "bad" to guns?
So .... how is this not like an 80% lower?
Because its 0%.
