I doubt it. Look at cartoonists, fingers are hard, it's also hard for computers to make a natural ending point for pictures. Give the tech another year, they will figure it out

As a guy who has gone through life with an XXXL (and Tall) body, but yet can wear size M gloves, I was surprised by friends commenting on my high school prom pictures, and how large my hands were. I always thought of my hands as small compared to how larger than life the rest of me ended up being. Hands are tough to figure out.
I use Stable Diffusion, it's a bit more complicated to use than Midjourney. In Midjourney, you can basically only type in a prompt, ex: "Donald and Melania dancing, painting".
But with Stable Diffusion you get a lot more control over everything. There are tons of settings and add-ons. There is a negative prompt that you can type in, and extensions where people have trained the AI to recognize bad hands, so you enter those keywords in the negative prompt and the AI will generally avoid making bad hands.
Sometimes it doesn't work and you have to re-generate the image (using all the same settings if you want) to get the hands fixed, but it gets them right much more often (around 70% of the time) with the correct settings and extensions.
Point is, at the cutting edge it is already mostly fixed, and it is coming to the more user-friendly AI art generators very soon.

Dont get me wrong, its weird, wild and impressive, but it is still a machine following orders. I think all this stalls out without genuine imagination. That's when they'll implant chips into your brain to create a hybrid.
