In my world you can't just say something sucks. You need to provide a solution. Put your head together with some others. Have some debate.
Once you determine who you'd appoint then throw it out there and let it get wings.
If you're really passionate then you can champion that cause. Do some networking, marketing, selling.
The Senate has final approval authority on whoever he picks. So in order to let his MAGA picks get through, and not the swamp monsters they choose for him, put pressure on your Republican Senator.
As long as the swamp ultimately gets to choose who gets hired, our chances of getting swamp drainers on his staff is pretty slim.
