The supply guys had the parts, but since there was no coding for the parts they say for a long time. Eventually the supply system triggered that the assets had to be labeled or removed. They removed them and sent them to recycling under generic labeling. Manager kept his job, loaded them later, found out, purchased new ones to replace the old ones.
