(If anyone is seeing this twice it is a repost but I posted kind of late at night/early in the morning depending on the part of the country you're in so I just wanted to put it out there again)
This is me. I posted it before but it was like 11pm W coast time. So I did a repost not to be vain or brag or anything like that but even doing the right thing I'm still feeling kind of shaken up.
I just got out of the area one of the black guys had shouted at me You're lucky I don't kill you it's not my first time. The dispatcher stayed on with me while I was driving and I was just in sheer panic mode after about 10 minutes or so of driving around she told me the police were there so I drove back got off with her They took my statement gave me their cards.
Something I forgot to mention in the post the woman was actually biting the guy's hand trying to get away and it didn't even seem to phase him.
Washington State
Also just on a note and I don't know why there's some guy in here claiming all of this seems false and although I could see people potentially coming in here and trying to stir up trouble I've been on here a long time I'm not some handshake trying to make us look bad
What I've talked to my attorney in the past about theoretical situations for different things one of the things he said was that if you're in a situation where you think they might try to charge you with something just give a very straightforward statement with only extremely pertinent details and then get the heck out of there which is exactly what I did
This is why it's good to review! For one it helps everybody who reads it. Whether we do it right or wrong, experience counts. It also helps you to process the scene, get past the jitters, and get back to life. If you can look over the whole thing, see that you did the best you could, and everything came out ok? That can be very healthy!
Thankfully there were ample witnesses that spoke up for me and it's in more of a purple city that a blue city.
But yeah I was definitely glad I didn't get arrested which is why I considered the loss of the pendant although a bummer a negligible loss given everything. I know my dad would have rather had me uninjured and alive and out of jail then still have that pendant
Well my dad was attacked by a guy in a road rage incident. Guy followed my dad into a parking lot off the freeway came at him with a screwdriver My dad was carrying at the time that kept it from escalating in this current liberal political climate I'm hesitant to carry but probably going to go get my CPL now
He probably would have just not wanted me to end up in a similar situation or worse They might have said that I shouldn't have tried to intervene as much as I did but like I said I still think he would have been proud
Maybe it's more just that I feel stupid a bit lol
And I agree yeah losing it does seem somewhat symbolic I do feel a bit more my own person weight off me It's definitely weird not having a necklace I've worn for 9 years I keep absent-mindedly reaching to adjust the chain or whatever and it's not there. Granted I still do have the chain and I could get something else if I want but you know 🤷♂️
I just wish I could have done more like put those two down like the animals they are. Only thing I can somewhat vibe with for Islam although in a lot of ways they don't treat their women well if somebody was out doing something like that they'd probably get their damn hands chopped off.
Granted I need to be careful about not playing Superman / White nighting but there's just something inside of me that I couldn't just look the other way and drive off or call the cops drive off and hope for the best
I appreciate that Thank you! I'm hoping more people can start pushing back and insisting that we have a major crackdown on crime nationwide stop this in and out prison system bs
Take a good look around your car to find that pendant. If you can't find it, then see if you have a photo of that pendant. Go to the police and tell them it was stolen, because most likely one of those dudes yanked it from your neck without you realizing. Ask the police if they would please look in the nationwide police database to see if a pawn shop, coin dealer, PM dealer, etc has reported it purchased by them. I have to hold all precious metal purchases for 7 days but some states are 3 days or as much as 30 days. Even if you don't have a photo, a good description will help. 14K? Size of a quarter? Words inscribed? You may have to pay to get it back if it is found.
Well it was down in the front and I was facing him during the initial attack and it was down on a long chain You almost can't even see the chain when I'm wearing it guy that hit me was primarily throwing punches and I was back to the car pretty quick so I think it would have hit the ground but I did let the police know
I'm going to call the pawn shops on Monday and see if they have any gold yin yang pendants that were brought in
Really the only reason I don't think they yanked it off is because the chain somehow managed to stay on my body until I got out at the parking lot of my friend's apartment later after driving around and I had been in and out of the car a couple times talking to the police.
The way I had my tripod and my arms I was kind of protecting my face and torso
Uh. Was this in Bremerton, WA? Sounds very familiar and if so, one of them was arrested for murder shortly after when they dropped off a dude that was shot at an old hospital that isn't even running anymore where he ended up dying. I have family there and read the story.
When it's your turn at the Gates of Heaven, your kind deed will get you in faster than some trinket. Remember, your love for your father is in your heart, not in that locket.
Why?! Lots of witnesses or something could have been worse. I'm not claiming to have kicked the crap out of these guys by any means I'm just sharing a real experience and something that in my opinion as a glaring example of how inherently violent black criminals are
Good on you. Sad that you have to get a CPL to carry though, how long will that take? Please arm and train your wife and family as well. It is the great equalizer especially for us women.
Honestly not sure depends on how long to process open carry is legal here but you know that can lead to other issues unfortunately. I would imagine a few weeks to a month then I have to pay a fee the thing I really don't like those I have to get fingerprinted.
I'm not yet married but I always encourage people to arm themselves.
And I completely agree I don't know what the deal was with that woman I didn't get her story but I hope she's all right wherever she's at now
I'm not fishing for anything I stood up and did what I thought was right I wish more people would we've got to deal with this lawlessness ourselves because the politicians that prevented The police from doing so there's activist judges giving light sentences. And some cases the police just don't want to deal with the heavy stuff

I bet you are!
It's good to review such events. Were you still there when cops arrived? How did that go? And how close to the left coast are you?

In WA and you aren't in jail, this is VERY good :)
Ya done well!
I wonder if she bit hard enough to do any damage? Would be funny if a perp got booked by positive ID from dental impressions lol.

Washington has a combat law where you can fist fight, you fucking faggot.
Glad you are OK for the most part and that the woman is safe. Thank you for being brave in the face of evil.
I just wish I could have done more like run the guy over with my car or hanging from a fucking telephone pole till he rots
Be glad you didn’t get arrested for reporting the attack, you could’ve been labeled a white supreme.
Thankfully there were ample witnesses that spoke up for me and it's in more of a purple city that a blue city.

Sounds like Tacoma
Everett
You made your dad proud, too.
Thanks man He probably would have lectured me a bit for being stupid while being equally proud
Stupid? As in, don't get involved, don't be a hero?
Maybe losing the pendant is symbolic.

Always Be Carrying
Thank you for helping someone. As a girl, I’m always terrified of this scenario, but no one comes to save me.
I hope you find your pendant. ❤️

You’re still a man of action - an extremely admirable thing. I appreciate you

Was the white woman a prostitute? Sounds like pimp behavior.
She didn't really look like a prostitute I had considered that initially

You did well, pede.

Fuck a license, just carry.
When it's your turn at the Gates of Heaven, your kind deed will get you in faster than some trinket. Remember, your love for your father is in your heart, not in that locket.
Good job
Why do you need a Creepy Porn Lawyer?
Afterword everyone clapped.
That Good Samaritans name? Albert Einstein
I do not believe this.
Doubt

Well if that's how you want to be about it go fuck yourself but it's what happened
