Caused by human hands does not mean arson.
Plenty of fires are Arson, be negligence isn't arson.

Can't change the headline, but the main point is that they are lying about Climate Change being the cause, I'm only going to give half of an apology for the inaccuracy.
Right, it's not not the climate causing the fires. It's not even making them worse.
People, through negligence or malice, start the fires, and they burn like crazy because nobody is managing the forests anymore.
