Latest James Bond Novel Makes It Abundantly Clear The Villains Are White Men Who Oppose Wokeness
The latest James Bond novel, On His Majesty's Secret Service, by Charlie Higson which arrived on bookshelves back in May features white men who oppose wokeness as the villains.
I remember years ago, I started wondering why I always felt more connection to the villains in hollywood productions than the "good guys". Soon it became clear to me that all our media is actually propaganda and that's when I figured out why.
Note 2008 film Eagle Eye - wherein a 'crazed' A.I. has to be stopped before it can decapitate The Swamp and leave one honest politician alive for continuity of government.
So bizarre (and tone-deaf) of a plot as to suspect that it probably happened.
Yet people here slobbered over “The Sound of Freedom” for months, when the heroes are the…federal government…
I thought the main character had to quit his job at homeland security in order to rescue children because he had been ordered to stand down because of bureaucratic rules? Sounds like our government is pretty evil to me.
Almost like the other commenter hasn’t watched the movie because they like little kids getting exploited huh?
"tyrone"
It's a dave chappelle skit reference Tyrone biggems is crack addict
Like Hunter Biden.
The best thing about that movie is how many pee-pee touchers can't help but out themselves when it comes up in conversation.
Yes he had to quit.
Not to mention the pedophile that attempted to game the system to walk away.
The official reason if I remember correctly was DHS no longer had jurisdiction because the remaining victims were not US citizens and they were no longer on US soil (the boy the hero rescued was saved while crossing the border). His boss made up an excuse to keep him in country for an extra week or two and when he couldn't cover for him any longer he quit to keep looking for the children.
The federal government does illegal shit in places they aren't supposed to be all the time, when it aligns with policy goals. You've got to wonder how hard it would be for DOJ to make a phone call and ask a host nation LEO agency to invite them in as advisors so that the locals can bust pedo skulls with our help. Just giving up is evil shit and not surprising at all for a government.
neck scratching intensifies
"Y'all got anymore of them kids to rape?"
-Tyrone_biggums
The government may be trash but saving children is something we can all agree on as being good
Watch Resident Evil: Death Island. You’ll understand why by the end. The villain has a monologue that will have you nodding along and starting to question the love for the main characters we grew up with.
Watch RE- The Final Chapter
Alice’s opening monologue explains corona and the capitol clearly. Movies and TV don’t predict the future, they prime us for it.
Is this the speech at 4:15? https://youtu.be/TzwyBQRV_EY?si=wqKPlfjGvGhoYUG7
"There is no such thing as justice in a world like that."
Yeah. Pretty much.
The latest Batman movie was the most blatant spew of propaganda that I've ever seen in a movie. Looks like it gets worse
The Boys, as much as I love it, is horrible with propaganda.
Same.
I hope this isn't a genuine excerpt.
“Birkett was an ex-Tory MP, famous for promoting covid/vaccines/mask-wearing/5G conspiracy theories, which had spilled over into the usual anti-immigrant, anti-EU, anti-BBC, anti-MSM, anti-cultural Marxist, Climate Change Denial pronouncements. It was an anti-trans diatribe that had eventually got him kicked out of the party and he’d soon after set up the ‘New Freedom Party’.”
It's such shit writing. Like even if you were dead set on writing a story where a conspiracy theorist is the bad guy and he is exactly who a leftist would oppose, for the sake of good writing and prose you wouldn't just list it with slashes and commas. You would write it in a clever way so that the reader gets the picture. You could give flashback examples or literally anything besides listing everything that makes retards cry. He is leftist narrative first, creative writing second. Or maybe the few leftists who might read a bond book are really so stupid they need it spelled out for them rather than being informed by prose.
It should be "gotten him kicked out" not "got him kicked out."
Pathetic.
Edit:
“Bond was struck by something. It was a long while since he’d been at any kind of function that was almost exclusively full of men. It felt strange. There was not even a pretence at diversity here."
It's "pretense" not pretence. This is some mind-blowing trash. From one page.
I could not only write a better Bond Novel, I could hold my nose and write a better soyboy leftist bond novel. That's how bad this is.
Yes, they really are that stupid. Cognitively these people never passed the literary stage of "the fat rat sat on the cat". I was listening to an audiobook of lovecraft the other day. I got to a part where the naughty no-no gamer word was used to describe a black man and it had been replaced with "fellow". I understand being polite, but do we really think it's ok to edit 100 year old books by masters of their genre? It's all so tiresome.
Boy, they're going to have a problem with Mark Twain's Huckleberry Finn and his black traveling buddy.
Didn't they ban that one years ago? I might be wrong but I remember someone saying that school libraries can't have mark twain but they can have sexually explicit material
Just transpose his name to Jogger Nim. 🤷♂️
(Or more likely: Race-Swap every character so that Tom is Black and Jim is white.)
Who are you going to find to record the audiobook version accurately? No human being will do it, but I guess you could use a computer text to speech engine.
If you don't like the source material don't agree to read it. If you do, quit being a jackass and read it. At least bleep it. That's bad enough. But it's not editing the literary work without permission.
Based. Violates TOS of most AI tho.
This isn't even writing for propaganda. It's like informing people what the bad beliefs are instead of being creative and assuming the reader is aware so you can something like "every contrarian belief to accepted science" or just anything.
As I read the paragraph I could actually hear the faggotry in the made up voice in my head.
Go back and read Tarzan and his opinion of such folk
"Bond was surprised that the villain didn't hire disabled people to make up half his coup."
Yeah that is especially retarded.
The best soldiers are women and disabled folks.
He had to feel silly writing that.
You know pretence Is english and pretense Is american? Bond is english, from UK, not american...
The real Bond is Scottish! :)
Leftists are incapable of empathy so they cannot write fiction from the point of view of others. They can only project themselves into their Mary Sue. So rather than being Batman a lefts turns Batman into themselves when they pretend to be a superhero.
I used to write like that when was 13 and needed a creative outlet for frustrations. Just basically inserted myself into whatever world I was obsessed over at the time (vidya, movies, etc). Looks like most "writers" these days never matured beyond that framework.
The Brits spell pretense as pretence. But this is hilarious. Has this pardon read a word of the Ian Fleming novels?
Man that's pretty gay. My dad had a few originals (in terrible condition) from when they were written by Fleming. Casino Royal, nice and short but a great book.
Douchebags ruin everything.
Recently helped my folks downsize and found my old original paperback collection. All of the Ian Fleming ones and the guy that came after. Which I made a point of saving because they are reportedly revising the old versions for PC bullshit. Fleming was old school about that stuff. Kind of want to run through them again at some point.
It's been a solid 20 years since I read those. I may have to re-read them myself.
Try Raymond Chandler, Even Fleming thought he was a way better writer. He's also funny as Hell
I'll have to take a look. Been reading fucking Homer lately and need a break.
Philip Marlowe will be a great break!
My favorite author ever, nobody entertained me like he did.
And it's like they have a shit ton of real life bond villains to base their guys off of. Epstein, Soros, Klaus and all the human trafficking oligarchs in Ukraine among others.
Democrat Communists think those are the good guys.
The Connery Bonds were mostly based on and most closely followed Fleming's books compared to what came in the future. There's a reason why they were by far the best movies (besides the fact that Connery also was perfect for the role compared to the others who came after).
Fleming had close ties to both the CIA and mi6 or whatever Britain's CIA is called.
IIRC he was involved with intelligence activities during WWII.
See how it's all fake and gay? They design these forms of entertainment to do a couple things to the population. It's designed to get you to feel manly, feel sophisticated, feel wise and charming, and to instill a love of everyday "right". It also simply distracts us. How many of the villains from the bond series turned out to have a real life model?
I'm not talking about a giant dude with metal teeth. The private island compounds, the super rich guys with latest tech. I mean, it's pretty much all there.
This is why Tomorrow Never Dies is my favorite 007 movie.
Eliot Carver is every real life prissy, insecure, psychotic, megalomaniacal media mogul ever. And Jonathan Pryce plays it perfectly.
What I like most about it is that Carver's cadre of henchman aren't just random mercs he inexplicably picked up from somewhere. They're all a close knit circle of sycophants who idolize him. They're a cult of personality that revolve around him. And they're all sadistic psychopaths who egg each other on.
In a single line Carver explains that his main henchman was a protégé of a guy Bond kills earlier in the movie who was teaching him how to employ torture. (And even though there's no suggestion of it in the movie, it's easy to figure that they were gay lovers as well.)
They're all sick. And I remember people complaining how ridiculous the movie's premise was when it came out. 20 years later and we're all fucking living it.
Fleming styled Bond after a guy named Popov; we really don't know what Fleming himself did for crown and country, but the way the lifestyle was portrayed was different from John le Carre's George Smiley (which was a lot closer to reality, IMO).
Many such cases:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inspirations_for_James_Bond#Character_inspirations
And he wrote Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.
👍
So apparently Bond has been watered down to be nothing more than a social Justice warrior
😂
A dead white guy, treplaced by a black woman.
Ian Fleming has been dead a long time. There are no new James Bond novels, only fan fiction.
Buy it on kindle, and return it. The author has to pay both processing fees.
It's so hilariously awful, that if we were trying to make fun of and parody leftists, we'd literally write that word for word as a joke.
James Bond died with Ian Fleming. Everything else is fan fiction to be ignored, like this mouthbreather and his "novel".
Bond did make a cool curtain call in “The Rock”.
lmao why would James Bond care about J6?
He must have forgotten the Fifth of November.
"Birkett was an ex-Tory MP, famous for promoting covid/vaccines/mask-wearing/5G conspiracy theories, which had spilled over into the usual anti-immigrant, anti-EU, anti-BBC, anti-MSM, anti-cultural Marxist, Climate Change Denial pronouncements. “Bond was struck by something. It was a long while since he’d been at any kind of function that was almost exclusively full of men. It felt strange. There was not even a pretence at diversity here. Athelstan hadn’t been the least bit concerned about ensuring that half of the people he’d hired to carry out his coup should be women, or non-white, or disabled. This was an unapologetically old-school gathering. In Athelstan’s world he was king and could do whatever he wanted."
jfc
Anti-BBC? Is that the same BBC that covered up Jimmy Saville raping children in the hospital for years?
Does Bond tool around in an electric car?
The car probably also shoots rubber bullets and Bond does no knock raids on elderly white people and executes them
Is Bond trans now?
I didn't even realize they were still writing Bond novels. If it isn't Flemming it's not canon and I don't care.
Did Ian Fleming write it? No? Fan fiction doesn't count.
The writer of this novel is apparently "an acclaimed comedy writer".

Could it be satire?
What is a James Bond novel and who reads it?
You needto read the original Flemming books.
It's kind of like Dr. Seuss books. You have to read the OGs, anything newer that uses the name is suspect. Seems to be the general trend for everything.
People with taste. Whatever this is, t'aint it. This is wattpad shit for furries.
It’s all so boring and lazy and banal. Mere propaganda, and not even good propaganda at that.
If the Hollywood censors ever allowed a movie once in a while in which the villain were a black man, instead of a white businessman or neo-Nazi, and there were no wise, saintly “Magic Negroes“ in the story, it would serve to make the rest of their bilge somewhat more believable.
All British movies = A) America is Bad B) Britain secretly won ww2
Sore losers. They never got over it
Weird how in the movies, the security agencies are always witty, super-competent, and devoted to truth and justice.
In reality, it's people like Peter Struck (sp?) and James Comey...and those are the smart ones.
Thats not a James Bond "novel"
Its a comic book; for children and people with childish minds.
I notice a lack of Ian Flemming on the author...
So, does Bond hack into the Texas sex offender registry and change the race of the obvious POC's to white?
They should title the movie "007: To Stop the Noticing"
I have no idea if the excerpts from the book, in this thread, are shitposts or not. Sad that they are even plausible, but even sadder if they are actually in the book. Not surprising though.
Spez: looked it up, and the excerpts are real.
I have a number of other examples from formerly favorite authors. The trannies, gays, climate change and whites are evil crap overwhelms the story. I've recently decided I really don't want to deal with any more woke crap when I am looking for entertainment. There are so many older books I haven't explored yet. Project Gutenberg here I come.
I guess it's public domain and anyone can write it now?
I remember getting an Ian Fleming Bond novella. Was very crisp, well written, and entertaining.
50 years old here.
Wokeness has taught me how to TRULY hate fellow citizens. And its never going away.
Interestingly, the films have remained (relatively) based.
Quantum of solace (though not a good movie) was about a Euro billionaire and the CIA staging a coup in Bolivia so they can plunder its resources.
Skyfall was about a MI6 asset wanting revenge after being handed over to China where he was tortured
Spectre had a Bilderberg/WEF style group committing terror acts to force governments to hand all their data over to them
No time to die, while a bit more fantastical, has the villain using a DNA-targeting virus that kills specific targets while leaving others unharmed. (Hmm!)
Fleming is spinning in his grave so hard, you could use him to power the entirety of the UK, with energy to spare.
James Bond will be played by Whoopi Goldberg and drive around in a Chevy Volt.
I for one, have never cared about the limey spy.
It's Jenny Bond now, she uses her 666 rainbows to fight good.
Since we are the bad guys now, if you capture him, do not monologue, just shoot!
So, turne out that it was about making up bad guys, to pretend that the government was the good guy. Propaganda efforts to distract from the government being the bad guy all along.
