Ha, you think you had a choice of where you car is built... They either make the illegals into voters, or they join mexico into the USA as a state/provence.
Mexico doesn't really mean cheaper, especially when you get quality issues. I once ordered a very popular and high end and expensive office chair that had just moved to being made in Mexico. I had to send it back for a replacement 3 times, straight out of the box.
They had issues like the cushioning was basically flattened like they were sat in for months by factory workers and used as their own personal lounge equipment at work. The wheels were scuffed up like they had been rolling them around on rough concrete floor, there were scuffs and even gouges on various areas of the body, the articulating arms were installed improperly and were offset at an angle so they could never align evenly with each other, and more, like the seat slides forward and back on a track, but the track wasn't even connected on one side. Total shit assembly job.
It was a nightmare. It had all the quality components, but they were being assembled poorly, like taking something made with high quality materials from the USA and having it assembled in China.
That product is still being made in Mexico, and it costs over twice as much now, and the quality issues are still probably the same. So not only are people paying more for the product, they're getting an inferior quality product assembled by greasy faced bastards. This product costed less and was better quality when it was made in the USA. So we're not even getting the benefit of lower prices anymore, we're just paying more for less quality, all so the government can pat them on the back for being soo multicultural.
They've been building more and more in Mexico and their shit has only gotten more and more pricey as the UAW has fewer auto workers than Mexico does any more.
It won't. They got you over barrel either way. They can make the cars in China with slave labor or they can pay overpaid workers here in the US the car prices will still be outrageous
Most of the people advocating for these probably live in apartments. They’re going to be in for a funny experience when their landlord tells them to eat shit when they ask them to shell out $5k for each of those charging stations.
Be me, driving through Minnesota following a Tesla with Florida plates. "Dude, how long will it take you to get home between charges? Do you put that thing on a car carrier?"
Auto workers make 100,000 to screw in bolts with torque limiting custom tools that a monkey could use. Meanwhile I program/fix/blueprints on multi axis CNC machines and make 70,000 fuck these lazy overpaid dick wads.
💯 . That usually ends up being the issue: corrupt leadership. The despots always seek to control the head of organizations, whether they’re government or private. You see it everywhere, including in unions
It ain’t the fucking leaders. Who do you think voted those people in, enthusiastically. The fucking dipshit low information low IQ people are and always have been the problem.
I'm non union in trades and have to go down to Boston regularly. Union faggots constantly fucking with me and trying to get me to join and calling me a rat. Fuck you Biden cock suckers.
The worst is the elevator union. Literally a guy sits on a bucket pressing a button you could press but he has to do it. On his lunch break he takes it out of service and locks it so no one can use it. Lazy fuck takes 1 hour break while we all have to use the stairs in a 20 story high rise. I hate unions with all my being.
No trick for grift or slowing production is missed by the union. I used to be UPS inside management. If a non-union employee moved a package and was witnessed by a union member, they could file a grievance and get paid extra for that work being done by a management person.
Wanted to train a union member? They had to stand and watch while the management person did the work.
We would often be getting behind in loading trailers, go into the load, tell the employee that we were going to "train" them for a few minutes, have them stand against the wall and then go to town actually working quickly to get the loading operation caught back up.
The Model 3 IS the best selling CAR in the US; if you include trucks it is the 4th best selling vehicle behind the Ram, Silverado and F150. The Model Y is the best selling vehicle globally.
Globally, that includes all the cuck nations, like the UK where they want to fine you for driving a gasser. Also best selling toy, no need to thank me for fixing it for you
2007 grocery union strike turned union shops into fast tract immigration centers that hired and imported foreign national people in Mexico into American Grocery jobs over American people already living near the store. End the citizenship for slavery deals. This should be illegal.
This is all part of a coordinated attack from the Xiden admin for Musk shutting down Starlink when Ukraine wanted to attack Russia. You watch, if they tank his stock enough, they'll get their concessions.
The workers would have to choose to give up their stock options. Considering TSLA stock has increased 21000% since it started, and the company grows 50% per year - I don't see them doing that.
I’m in the film union because I have to be in my line of work unfortunately. I see how corrupt it is from the inside. The elections are all rigged, there is no oversight. The dues I pay are then spent against my interests politically. All they do is make work more likely to go overseas.
This is the problem. If everyone in the industry said "fuck you" they'd lose their power. But instead everyone has the same attitude as you "but I have to be in it"
I work in defense and have been at unionized and non unionized shops. It's absolutely insane how much less work the unionized shops do. Not in a good way either. It results in costs so high that it's literally cheaper to ship entire sections of aircraft across the country on unmarked trucks to a non unionized shop just to install small things and then ship it back. It's no wonder that so much shit is outsourced to china and mexico.
Yes. Unions were started for a decent reason but the pendulum has swung too far in the other direction. Theyve bit the hand that feeds them so many times it's now infected and gangrenous.
Yep, notice Biden and his cronies never defined "better" because the better to them is us eating bugs, living in 15 minute cities and driving electric cars. Their "better and our "better" are two different things.
I worked for a corrugated (cardboard) manufacturer for awhile several years ago. We made boxes for everything from computer software to exercise equipment, and retail store displays. The company was struggling with an acquisition they had just bought. There was a printing company next door that we did a ton of business with and we bought them. During the transition, the employees there had unionized and this resulted in the acquisition being a loss. Then the same union rep would try to weasel his way into our company. We had an outdoor smoking area that was covered and had a bunch of chairs. We would go to break and find fliers placed on the chairs. The fliers would be riddled with propaganda aimed at minorities. It had bullet points stating things like minorities receive as much as 40% less pay at non-union companies. They are literally vultures.
Tesla is a non-union shop and Musk has already said not only would unionization cost workers their stock option. He'd shut down the plant and fire everyone. Tesla isnt a debt ridden dinosaur like the big 3. They have enough cash on hand to not stop building anything for 10 years before they are in dire straights.
My wife and I bought a used Truck yesterday and all the people there we talked to had said that due to this strike, car prices are going to go up just like COVID. Multiple dealerships said this same verbiage. This was one of the negotiating tactics they leveraged which didn’t work on us but I found the pattern interesting serving two ideas. 1 car prices were about to slam to the floor and this keeps transportation expensive and hard to afford. 2 the dealers want high prices to make more money and have lots full of cars. Without a strike the car market is flush with inventory and buyers are starting to dwindle down. Death spiral for new and used cars was just starting. It’s almost as if this was coordinated.
Get a slightly used BMW 3 series (G20 330i) with the Xdrive. All wheel drive based on a rear wheel drive system. More of a driver's car and looks better. Tons of fun software to make the car more fun and go faster.
Check out dodge 2024 product offerings if you want to see what's going to happen to big 3. They're replacing discontinuing the two most loved models brands in with a plug in hybrid crossover that looks like a jellybean had sex with a recycling bin.
Not offering an EV and hybrid version ... literally cancelling their highest demand products for cars designed by political edict that people don't want.
Who wants to be stuck owning this piece of abandonware ?
Since Tesla isn't unionized, they will probably pay striking UAW workers to go picket Tesla factories and intimidate Tesla employees just trying to get to work.
When did Tesla unionize? I thought Elon was smarter than to allow a union at his business... That means all his products are overpriced from the start from paying off union leadership on a recurring basis.
I guess I don't even know what a "union" is anymore, and at this point I'm afraid to ask. They can "expand a strike" into Tesla? Meaning?
I was listening to a Red Pilled America once about Disney, and how Walt hated commies and they were able to steal his company by "organizing" the labor, rather smugly too. And then his brother Roy Disney took over the operations while Walt wouldn't have anything to do with it.
So "union" just means that a psycho commie can come give a lay religious speech to your company's employees about being equal and it's their labor; and you can't do anything? But then that psychopath can claim the people at your company are united as equals and he is the boss of them? And he can take their money and speak for them and do anything but you can't?
I've been buying nothing but old Toyotas for the past 10 years and they are awesome! I bought a chevy 2500 HD like 12 years ago and the door handle feel off a few days after I paid for the thing in cash so I brought that shit back to the dealership and have been running Toyota ever since
Telsa workers are non-unionized because they are compensated with TSLA stock... which has gone up 1100% in the last 5 year. There are line workers who are millionaires.

4 day work week. 35 percent raise. A traditional pension. All sounds so reasonable. I can’t wait to pay 89k for a ford ranger
It may actually get cheaper when they just build all of their cars in Mexico instead
Shit, I assumed they already did. What car is built in the US? Or do they assemble them with foreign parts and call it "made in America"?
Many Toyotas are at least partially built in the US
Indeed. A 1794 edition Tundra is built in Texas
1794 - fuck Toyota was way ahead of their time...
Ha, you think you had a choice of where you car is built... They either make the illegals into voters, or they join mexico into the USA as a state/provence.
I would be fine with them joining mexico into the US as a state, lots of beautiful cheap land ripe for the picking for a change
The F-150, expedition, ranger, bronco, explorer, mustang, and transit are built in the USA
Not the little bronco, that's made in Mexico with the maverick.
Yes the Bronco and Bronco sport are completely different cars.
I do know GM and Ford build their full-size trucks in the US. No clue with the rest of them.
Broncos and Rangers are made in Michigan
Who would buy a Bronco, As far as I can tell, they can only go about 25 mph on a wide open freeway.
Top of the line in utility sports!
Only the big bronco, the little one is made in Mexico with the maverick.
Mexico doesn't really mean cheaper, especially when you get quality issues. I once ordered a very popular and high end and expensive office chair that had just moved to being made in Mexico. I had to send it back for a replacement 3 times, straight out of the box.

Built cheaper but costs twice as much. How else are you going to pay the ceo 500 times the worker pay.
CEO pay isn't the problem
They already do.
Source: am in manufacturing
That I'm not sure of
They've been building more and more in Mexico and their shit has only gotten more and more pricey as the UAW has fewer auto workers than Mexico does any more.
It won't. They got you over barrel either way. They can make the cars in China with slave labor or they can pay overpaid workers here in the US the car prices will still be outrageous

This has got to be setup to win votes for Biden. He's going to swoop in and dole out more fake money for all these people to get them to vote for him.
Yes there has been too much media coverage of it for this not to be a deep state op.
its almost like someone is behind it all that wants you unable to drive anywhere...
HMMMMMMMMMMM
"Every single worker right came out of Nazi Germany"
da fuq?
💯 . That usually ends up being the issue: corrupt leadership. The despots always seek to control the head of organizations, whether they’re government or private. You see it everywhere, including in unions
when they get it working right, they are both
It ain’t the fucking leaders. Who do you think voted those people in, enthusiastically. The fucking dipshit low information low IQ people are and always have been the problem.
Who do you think counts union votes?
Yeah you obviously have met your share of dipshit union members.
I worked for 3 or 4 unions in my life. They were all retarded. Fuck Teamsters they are the biggest faggots around Boston. All low life faggots.
Plumbing union is faggots.
Electrical 103 boston is all PEDOPHILES
I'm non union in trades and have to go down to Boston regularly. Union faggots constantly fucking with me and trying to get me to join and calling me a rat. Fuck you Biden cock suckers.
The worst is the elevator union. Literally a guy sits on a bucket pressing a button you could press but he has to do it. I'm shocked anyone would do business in that building.
This only happens when the building is being constructed.
Holy shit that's the craziest one I've heard so far
No trick for grift or slowing production is missed by the union. I used to be UPS inside management. If a non-union employee moved a package and was witnessed by a union member, they could file a grievance and get paid extra for that work being done by a management person.

A union for people who play in dirty pipes are faggots? Say it ain’t so
I know a dozen members in the Local 12. They all hate it. It's a scam. They supported Biden. It's a scam.
Nobody in the Boston Local 12 plumbing union likes it. They all think everyone is a total retard They are faggots
Can't wait to see how they try to strike non-Unionized Tesla...
What a joke.
They don’t have to, any American with a brain won’t buy a battery operated toy car until they can do everything a gasser does
Thank you for calling it what it is … a battery operated car.
Sure thing fren!
While we can call it a toy, Tesla is still the top of that business.
I am also willing to bet that nearly every Tesla owner has at least one gas powered vehicle in every family.
Fine, Tesla can be at the top of the battery operated toy business, I’m cool with that.
Tesla Model Y is literally the number one selling car lol
Number 1 selling toy….there I fixed it for you
The Model 3 IS the best selling CAR in the US; if you include trucks it is the 4th best selling vehicle behind the Ram, Silverado and F150. The Model Y is the best selling vehicle globally.
Globally, that includes all the cuck nations, like the UK where they want to fine you for driving a gasser. Also best selling toy, no need to thank me for fixing it for you
not true. It makes a fine second "fun" car for a lot of people, depending where they live
I can't stand people who try to force private companies to do things not necessarily good for the company itself. Communism 101
Radio spot yesterday interviewing striker: "They only care about the Dollar. We just can't have that."
How dare a company attempt to PROFIT off their product!
I know right?
2007 grocery union strike turned union shops into fast tract immigration centers that hired and imported foreign national people in Mexico into American Grocery jobs over American people already living near the store. End the citizenship for slavery deals. This should be illegal.
That was the plan all along. I wouldn't be surprised if that demon Soros was funding it.
This is all part of a coordinated attack from the Xiden admin for Musk shutting down Starlink when Ukraine wanted to attack Russia. You watch, if they tank his stock enough, they'll get their concessions.
But Tesla isn't unionized...
Doesn't matter. They are being enlisted as part of Xiden and the left's cancel brigade.
All the better for the DOJ or somebody to sue Tesla for "violating worker's right to unionize" or some bullshit.
They also don’t make real cars so……
Fastest car in the world is Tesla
In a cross country race vs a Tesla I would win in my Tacoma every single time. Speed means nothing when you have to wait 10x as long to refuel
And in a cross country race against your Tacoma, my Cessna would win every time.
If your job involves driving across the country, don’t buy an electric car. Ever heard of right tool for the job?
Fastest battery operated toy is what you meant to say
I guess I’ve been driving 20k miles a year in fake cars? 🤡
Probably with the license plate CuckMe1
Don’t project your weird fetishes onto others
The workers would have to choose to give up their stock options. Considering TSLA stock has increased 21000% since it started, and the company grows 50% per year - I don't see them doing that.

Find new work.
Workin on it—Thankfully because of these morons striking I’ve been able to explore other lines of work.
This is the problem. If everyone in the industry said "fuck you" they'd lose their power. But instead everyone has the same attitude as you "but I have to be in it"

Yes. Unions were started for a decent reason but the pendulum has swung too far in the other direction. Theyve bit the hand that feeds them so many times it's now infected and gangrenous.
This is just another attack on the economy from the left. The demolition of America to “Build Back Better” into their communist utopia.
Yep, notice Biden and his cronies never defined "better" because the better to them is us eating bugs, living in 15 minute cities and driving electric cars. Their "better and our "better" are two different things.
WEF has openly stated they intend for no one to have cars at all. The suburbs will have community cars like the rental e-bikes in cities.
Perfect understanding of the situation.
I worked for a corrugated (cardboard) manufacturer for awhile several years ago. We made boxes for everything from computer software to exercise equipment, and retail store displays. Everything makes car prices go up. Nothing makes them go down. At least according to the stealerships.
Modern supply and demand.
Supply up? Raise prices. Supply down? Raise prices. Demand up? Raise prices. Demand down? Raise prices. Maybe dump some milk in the desert if anybody catches on.
I was looking at the new Acura Integra S. Nice little FWD car with a manual. They want $54k for it!
Get a slightly used BMW 3 series (G20 330i) with the Xdrive. All wheel drive based on a rear wheel drive system. More of a driver's car and looks better. Tons of fun software to make the car more fun and go faster.

Who wants to be stuck owning this piece of abandonware ?
Atlas Shrugged!
Dealer suicides are incoming.
Auto-Workers, stop paying union dues and suddenly you've given yourself a raise.
when their bosses and union leaders lean democrat that promote moving jobs away from America who can they blame ?
They need to enjoy becoming Gay. They are all retarded
Tesla is NOT in the UAW.
Totally legitimate and not a coordinated plot.
I just gave the finger to a bunch of uaw strikers a couple hours ago
Since Tesla isn't unionized, they will probably pay striking UAW workers to go picket Tesla factories and intimidate Tesla employees just trying to get to work.
Tesla isn’t unionized.
How? Leave Tesla alone
Unions are gonna destroy this country
When did Tesla unionize? I thought Elon was smarter than to allow a union at his business... That means all his products are overpriced from the start from paying off union leadership on a recurring basis.
Tesla hasn't unoinized.
UAW is talking about targeting Tesla's facilities to try to get their workers to unionize.
fuck all unions. I would totally be a scab if I didn't have my own company
I guess I don't even know what a "union" is anymore, and at this point I'm afraid to ask. They can "expand a strike" into Tesla? Meaning?

KEK - this should work out well for them...
Always was the goal
Telsa workers are non-unionized because they are compensated with TSLA stock... which has gone up 1100% in the last 5 year. There are line workers who are millionaires.
Keep pushing.
90% of people in unions are Fuck Offs, Fuck Ups. FAGGOTS and Fairy's oh Pedophiles and Rapists
I’m a butcher and meat manager in a union since I was 18. It’s not bad. Last contract negotiation the company wanted workers to work split shifts, meaning work 7-11. Go home, come back work 4-8. Union president said “just hearing you say that made my asshole quiver”. Got up told his guys to get up and walk out and said “maybe tomorrow you’ll be more serious”. That was the last of the split shift idea.
Soon CAW China automobile workers, so brave?
That is not going to end well.
Whilst Tesla is non unionized, some of their suppliers may be.
