This is why I constantly have to note that we are in a Post-Constitution Era. Basic constitutional protections no longer exist and the rules of law are no longer followed therefore the entire system is illegitimate. The only way this will ever be corrected is through a total collapse of the system most likely.
Unfortunately the only way to do that is with authoritarianism of our own. Communism must be unilaterally ripped out, crushed, and incinerated, otherwise it will just grow back.
It's not the only way to do it but it is the way it most commonly works out. Some authoritarian general typically takes over and brutally tries to wipe out the other side which leads to a state of internal civil war that lasts a good while (see Franco).
But it is possible for people to defeat authoritarians without resorting to it. It requires reforming the judicial system to that of a local level, with local grand juries, people's committees and other things that more closely resemble the wild west than an authoritarian regime.
Unfortunately, that isnt an option when you are dealing with communists who have thoroughly subverted the system. Unless you follow the same gameplan and slowly infiltrate all the institutions they took over.
"You" have no say in the matter. When the system crashes the structure that takes its place will be created organically. There are multiple ways it can unfold, none of which you have any say or control over.
You have no "option" and your gameplan for any group larger than your immediate family is irrelevant. The gameplan will be created in real-time by societies under enormous threat of extinction and any ideas you have of how things will go down will most likely bear no resemblance to how they actually will.
The interstate commerce clause was written to give congress the ability to remove barriers to interstate trade - not to micromanage and regulate interstate trade.
If it IS constitutional, how do we explain how it was not founded until Lincoln and didn't have any real powers until the 1890's? Did the founders of a agricultural powerhouse country forget to create a USDA? Or maybe if you read the plain language of the Constitution it is utterly without question that the USDA is not Constitutional.
Raw milk sucks and is not safe especially with all the chemicals in the grass, grain, and soil nowadays. Raw milk was good before industrialization though. If they pasteurize it then it is good to go.
It basically concedes that the USDA has the authority to do it in the first place.
They have no authority to interfere with private contracts unless they can prove harm ( never any infections from big 5 packers ??) sounds like a "MANDATE"& they appear to be hindering interstate commerce.
Exactly this! Show me in the constitution where the federal government has the authority to regulate food production and consumption in the United States.
Not even since 1776. We have never had a great govt. We are lucky our Constitution is great but the govt prior to and after 1787 has been pretty shitty.
The USDA doesn’t regulate hunting. The farmer can sell a “hunting licence” to a purchaser. Purchaser hunts the cow agreed on, and the farmer sends it to a butcher for him.
Odd, you would think Congress would be the ones to pass restrictions like that and not unelected bureaucrats (Yes, I know Congress is full of unelected people, too).
You can let me have locally-farmed meat, or I'm going to eat the USDA members, their spouses, their children, and grandchildren. If they want cannibalism, they'll be the first to find out what the business end of that is like.
This is still a defensive move. It basically concedes that the USDA has the authority to do it in the first place.
The Constitutional argument could be made that the USDA doesn't have authority to exist.
Unless a state line exists between the farm and dinner table, I don't accept their claim to jurisdiction.

I believe that economic collapse will precede government collapse.
At that point it's on us to make sure the authoritarians do not win.
By win, I mean survive.
Unfortunately the only way to do that is with authoritarianism of our own. Communism must be unilaterally ripped out, crushed, and incinerated, otherwise it will just grow back.
Sorry, your breathing privileges have been revoked.

Authoritarianism is the only way to enforce a moral society, lack of authoritarianism leads to subversion, we need a strong central family to govern.

historically communism has never been defeated and removed without either an outside entity assisting or Extremely unrepentant levels of violence.
You mean like when the Soviet Union fell without a single shot?
Hear hear
Funny, the government doesn’t even know the guy that grows my steaks grows steak. Ditto for my chicken seed guy.
Theyd like to. There lies your problem. A government that wants to be in the middle of every microtransaction is not a government of the people.
Totalitarianism is evil and must be rooted out.
Wait until CBDC goes live.
We’ll just transition to an ear based economy out here.
Don’t even concede that.

They crack down hard on raw milk, meat was always expected to be next as nobody seems to fight back.
Raw milk sucks and is not safe especially with all the chemicals in the grass, grain, and soil nowadays. Raw milk was good before industrialization though. If they pasteurize it then it is good to go.
So the government should have the authority to decide what you can or can't eat? That's retarded.
They have no authority to interfere with private contracts unless they can prove harm ( never any infections from big 5 packers ??) sounds like a "MANDATE"& they appear to be hindering interstate commerce.
They'll find a way to prove harm, like they probably did giving cows tuberculosis so they could shut down raw milk sales.
gangsters got to gangster
With a bankrupt government......they either disappear or it gets much worse & we eat bugs.
Choose Wisely
They send some blue state yuppie to move to that area and claim damages after buying some meat that they then claim is bad or spoiled. Not hard to do.
Shut down one of the Big 5 next time e-coli found too.
Wait 'till you hit their website and see their priorities...
They are doing more betterer stuff.
Exactly this! Show me in the constitution where the federal government has the authority to regulate food production and consumption in the United States.
You can’t because it isn’t there.
This is a state issue per the 10th amendment.
We didn't vote for USDA.
We haven't voted for our government in general. They've been selecting who gets to join their club.
Not even since 1776. We have never had a great govt. We are lucky our Constitution is great but the govt prior to and after 1787 has been pretty shitty.
Once again an acronym agency from the Executive branch tries to make laws.
END THE USDA
Frame it as protection of Kashrut Law and the government won't touch it.
Didn’t the Supreme Court just rule that these agencies don’t have the authority to do shit? What the fuck is going on here?

Some of the best steaks I have ever eaten were labeled “not for human consumption”.
If you haven’t tried locally raised, antibiotic-free, grass fed beef - you should.
Goverment overreaching the role of there governing.
You can’t grow own food. They spray tax test assrape you with there solutions.
This is all dog food --- even the chickens.
Man they are trying so hard to rush their global takeover!
Odd, you would think Congress would be the ones to pass restrictions like that and not unelected bureaucrats (Yes, I know Congress is full of unelected people, too).
Ban RINO meat…
Fuck Thomas Massie. He loves to suck McCarthy and Pedo Joe's cocks.
