As government employees refuse to do their jobs or selectively do them based on their biases, we are getting closer to anarchy.
What we're experiencing now isn't great either, and it's getting worse as each day goes by. People are dying because criminals aren't being incarcerated or even charged with violent crimes. Jurors are letting killers walk because of race. We're well on the road to anarchy.
I mean, living in a Walking Dead/The Road scenario is far more enticing these days than being in a 9-5 job that doesn't even pay your rent. People are ready to be free of the debt, the ruling class, the slavery. A revolt and anarchy is inevitable and I think desired at this point. People want to reclaim the resources that have been stolen from them for the last 100 years. The elites better get those safe rooms ready.
The most important thing is when the shit does hit the fan and society breaks down, first place to go is the local airport to prevent the ruling class from escaping the mess they created.
it's anarchy for the poor and middle class and plutocracy for the rich while being called democracy. Democracy is a big lie as is modern capitalism they hide behind systems that used to work but have been crippled by centuries of micro engineering for it to become the opposite of what it is. Democracy only works when the people voting have vested interest in preserving and maintaining social cohesion be it through property ownership or a sense of kinship to the people around it, big cities and everyone can vote destroys that order. Capitalism only works in a free market with little to no government intervention. Oh you saved up to build your own restaurant or bar well do you have the 100k for your liquor selling license?
Depends on the constitution that sets the rules for the republic. Iran and China are pretty far away from anarchy, but I doubt anyone here would want to live under those republics with their constitutions.
Yeah, maybe Iran but while we're deeply divided, China is a safe and happy society. Yes, there are shit heads but they're a much healthier society. My time in China has shown me that we all need ia to be more polite and respectful to each other. That will make the world a better place.
Yes, im aware that the other side will never do this.
They slip in that whole "limited government" thing in there in order to shoe horn it over to the right. The problem is that there's way more republics out there, with constitutions, that are all the way to the left of those charts. Pretty much every communist country sets itself up as a republic as well.
Just to fill people in, anarchy isn't chaos. It's complete freedom. No government. Human to human governing. You steal? The guy you stole from is free to blow your fucking head off. Murder someone? Rape? You might get raped and murdered back.
Not everybody has the physical or moral ability to defend themselves equally. The elderly, kids, most women and even many men cannot commit the violence needed to keep themselves alive and safe. I would say NO to anarchy.
Yep. Anarchy is governance distributed to the individual. The more centralized, the more tyrannical governance becomes. With our bloated federal government, we are quickly awakening to a nighmarish tyrannical authoritarian dystopia. Fighting off globalism and reforming the federal government are the MAGA agenda and the statists (sadists) are definitely resisting. I'll leave the debate over the merits of anarchism vs. a truly de-centralized federated republic for if/when we ever get close to that again.
The Government should have been a loose authority that kept the states together. Mediated differences, all that stuff. Handled international trade, handled the military when necessary.
The federal Government was never meant to be this big and it certainly wasn't meant to be a permanent career for people.
It doesn't even look like that. It looks like privatized policing services, privatized roads, and privatized legal and justice systems. It's not everybody running around the street naked shooting each other. It's just like today's world just without government
Living in an anarchic society is better if you live in small rural communities. If you live in a community of 1000-1200 then pretty much nothing can happen without someone knowing someone or being related by family or marriage in some distant way. It means when tempers flare people who know the aggrieved parties can intervene and prevent blood shed and chances are if someone does get murdered its a crime of passion and everyone knows the likely suspect. Likewise there is no real need for any kind of social welfare organisation because generally people help out those related to them.
Also while you won't pay any taxes you will probably end up having to take turns forefilling community functions like manning the road blocks or patrolling the perimeter at the edge of town to watch out for bandits. You will have to chip in money and time to maintain key infrastructure.
All that aside there is a case pure anarchy is better than anarcho-tyranny.
But you definitely don't want to live in an urban area under anarchy.
Morals in western culture are so far gone that it wouldn’t be possible to start over with honest people. We need to return to what the founders left for us in the 1790s. It was good and it worked up until the Federal Reserve Act passed.
Yes, that's the great reset we need - go back to the original Constitution and jettison everything not mentioned. No three letter agencies, no federal reserve, no income tax, no welfare system, etc. Then we decide what to add back on.
Municipal budget committee in my town for one year. They called the cops on me for trying to cut the school budget by 7%. There's no coming back it needs to be rebuilt
I was on the environment committee for a year. Besides the leftists constantly attempting to push climate change ideology, the leftist chairman of the committee, who owned a local business, repeatedly attempted to get the committee to funnel money into her business. City staff was at these meetings and they never said a word about that blatantly unethical behavior.
I had friends on other committees and the city council itself, and things were even worse there. Completely corrupt.
Imagine shit finally getting done all day long instead of being tied up in petty middle management turf wars, technology and society would rapidly advance and we would be in a new age
And the people that created the issue all got bonuses. I hated (even more) the government for bailing them out. Fuckem let them leap from their ivory tower windows.
It is like they are intentionally trying to push Trump into stroking out. They really want him dead, or at least jailed and ruined. Where are the Republicans pushing back? Fuck all those motherfucker bastards.
I could not agree with you any stronger. They want him destroyed! I fucking hate these people. I really don't know how he can withstand this. He has my vote and my support but what else can we do unless protests break out across this country in support of him.
We live under a criminal cabal with its tentacles up the arse of every key institution of power. It's not hypocrisy. Its hierarchy. They can do whatever they want to us - all that matters is power and who has it.
Sure, Bragg had a Fed prosecutor quit his team because he wasn't going far enough, but they brought these cases from a State/district level for a good reason.
That is the biggest issue. There is zero checks on judges. They have entirely too muc power if they decide they want to color outside the lines. And there is zero recorse other than another judge overruling. There isnt a punishment for it.
$18 mil was it's value in 1985 when Trump bought it. He has made extensive renovations since then and turned it into a very exclusive commercial property. Judge is a TDS crackpot.
I think people are talking about different things. Zillow is probably talking about the value of Trump's private residence inside MAL while others are talking about the value of the entire property. That would explain why they say it is 6000 Sq ft.
Interesting. That would fit inline with the commie intention of instituting tax on unrealized gains. They want to tax you on unrealized gains so hard that they are just pretending it’s happening already.
How does NY even claim to have standing on this suit? The supposed "victims" are all lenders that were paid back on time and don't even claim to be victims.
That is straight up retarded. The only things that matter with capital gains is what you bought it for and what you sell it for. Overvaluing properties would only inflate the property taxes owed.
The state has never shown any interest before in suing people who overstated the value of their properties to obtain financing and then fully repaid the loans.
Estimates of market value have nothing to do with capital gains taxes.
It's been time and time again that cases are thrown out for no standing because there isn't a victim. Happens every single day.
They aren't suing the Trump organization for taxes owed, and if they were making that claim overvaluing property would result in the state owing Trump.
Not unless they break him financially first..which is their intended goal..these people want him and his family destitute..all for the mere fact that he has exposed their corruption and wants to put American First. I hope and pray he makes it through this and gets elected President. These people all need to go down.
I don't think they'll be able to break him financially. He's almost certainly got assets protected outside of NY. And then there's at least 81 million people who could all give $50 each to replace his entire net worth.
I agree that these people need to go down. Trump is the man to expose them.
Those people that crashed the global economy provided pizza to the people coming after Trump while Trump is trying to throw people indulging in pizza in jail where they belong. Not hard to see why they’re coming after him instead.
And questions... didn't he pay taxes based on the same evaluations. So the government was fully willing to accept the values and collect their tax money
If he try to turn around and under value them for tax collection, he would be liable for tax fraud.
Really a loan is between the party's.. in this case the bank and the Trump organization..
If the Bank was willing to accept the properties as collateral, what businesses is it of the state?
The bank could use which is said we don't need collateral and approval the loan
Really you think the state tax collection would accept Trump using the values the judge said.??? Such a joke
Just to clarify - one of the points of this case was charged that he inflated the values of properties to be used as collateral for the loans. Higher collateral = less risk = better interest rates.
For tax time, those values were significantly lower to reduce property tax payments.
Right. The 18m was what the judge cited from the county appraiser. Trump in 2020 had argued that it should be 18, not the 26 they originally valued it at. This judge quoted trumps tax appeal for the 18m valuation
No idea why we pretend democrats are good people, they routinely break the law and their oaths, they hate conservatives, they want us dead.
Not sure about "conservatives" but they have no idea what free thinking, freedom loving people are like any more. They simply adopt opinions wholesale by whatever the talking points are on late night talk shows, reddit, et al...
It's almost as if the credo is "Screw you, gonna try to get mine" whilist enforcing one's non-original ideas onto everyone else and not even thinking for one's self... it's crazy. It's all about power. Trying to turn the world into one colossal struggle session.
Trump should sell in NYC. Nothing is going to get better there anytime soon. Bail while you can. Nobody is going to vacation in NYC. It's no longer a tourist attraction.
I guess we're never taking our country back are we? Just sit on our hands voting harder while the likes of Ronna McFuckup drives us off a cliff. There is no justice, and now there's a full on invasion going on. We got replaced in our own land, all without a shot being fired.
Because they all speak softly and go along with the political bullshit. Trump went against it. First one through the wall always gets bloody. Thank you DT.
Guys I have some triple-A rated mortgage-back securities for you. Not fraudulent at all, promise. Even Moody's rating house says they are good as gold! Oh yeah also the true price of gold is only $1900 / oz guys!!! Don't believe those nasty Russians who accept half price if you pay in gold!!!
Goldman Sachs did not crash the economy in 2008, the machinations of the Democratic Party did, beginning in 1998 with Andrew Cuomo who was in HUD appointed by Bill Clinton.
DC Draino is just making stuff up. The claim that none of the institutions involved in the collapse of the mortgage-backed securities house of cards were fined, is pure fiction.
Once you recognize the khazar cabal's filthy hand in nearly every single bad thing that occurs in our modern era, you too will invite them to leave your country.
if all the bankers and lawyers and media and fed gov were to all die on the same day--OMG...what would that be like?
State and city gov needs to die too
Much like communism, anarchy is far more appealing to those who've never experienced it.

Let them run. The hunt will be the best part.

☝️💯
Anarchy tyranny is what the elites want
It's what they think they want. The USA is not like any other country in the world, which is why there is nowhere we can go.
It's like the line from a Miranda Lambert song: you ain't seen us crazy yet.
I'd rather take my chances with anarchy than with communism
What about temporary anarchy until a refreshed government is put in place?
I guess the question is, is it easier to clean this deeply corrupted government? Or to rebuild the right way from scratch?
Reset back to the original Constitution and decide what can go back.
A true constitutional republic is closer to anarchy than it is to any other form of government.

We all need more guns. An armed society IS a POLITE society.
Oh, I don't have that problem lol.

No truer words...
Bitch you don't know, you've never experienced it outside of a movie.
Blow me...
So total anarchy? I'm in.
Just to fill people in, anarchy isn't chaos. It's complete freedom. No government. Human to human governing. You steal? The guy you stole from is free to blow your fucking head off. Murder someone? Rape? You might get raped and murdered back.
It would be chaos, but need not be. People would make it so.
It's only possible when you follow the true king, the only one with true authority you -should- put yourself under.
Christ.
It would be chaos for about one year. Gangs and assholes would be wiped out by the communities they've abused for years.
That'd be one thing I'd like to see.
Okay but then the groups that wiped out the ass holes would form a governance which would eventually be corrupted.
Then the assholes get wiped again.
Not everybody has the physical or moral ability to defend themselves equally. The elderly, kids, most women and even many men cannot commit the violence needed to keep themselves alive and safe. I would say NO to anarchy.
It becomes survival of the fittest. Women and children would have a lot less freedom though.
I'm not advocating for it. Just telling people that they shouldn't conflate it with total chaos.
Yep. Anarchy is governance distributed to the individual. The more centralized, the more tyrannical governance becomes. With our bloated federal government, we are quickly awakening to a nighmarish tyrannical authoritarian dystopia. Get the rot out and start over with honest and competent people.
Me too. ... Structured anarchy
As someone who has been involved in city government, I can confirm that the rot and corruption extends to even the local level.
They will be eaten by the local masses once the Federal tit runs dry
Imagine shit finally getting done all day long instead of being tied up in petty middle management turf wars, technology and society would rapidly advance and we would be in a new age
You had me at bankers.
This isn't even about whataboutism and Goldman. This is a blatant abuse of judicial power.
08 is a great example though. Not only did they not get punished, they got a trillion dollars of free taxpayer money.

Whataboutism is a logical fallacy invented by redditors who can’t stand losing their arguments
We live under a criminal cabal with its tentacles up the arse of every key institution of power. It's not hypocrisy. Its hierarchy. They can do whatever they want to us - all that matters is power and who has it.
That judge isn't dissolving anything. This case will be thrown out and the judge will be in some deep shit.
You underestimate NYC.
How does a judge have the power to do this? Is there any recourse?
It was completely arbitrary and is getting appealed. Capricious commie pinko judges wouldn't be an issue if they didn't have immunity.
Apparently the banks were and are perfectly pleased with the loans. This is all the Fed sticking their noses where they don’t belong again.
Not the Feds. This is a NYC prosecutor and a State judge.
If you don’t think the feds are involved, I have a nice bridge to sell you.
Sure, Bragg had a Fed prosecutor quit his team because he wasn't going far enough, but they brought these cases from a State/district level for a good reason.
A president can only pardon federal convictions.
That's certainly a consideration. I was thinking of other reasons, but that definitely played a part.
Bidens FBI and DOJ behind it all too.
Igloo to sell you in Hawaii 😁
Well, Hawaii does have an ice climate so...
I think Trump appeals from here.
The appeal goes to another commie NY judge
That is the biggest issue. There is zero checks on judges. They have entirely too muc power if they decide they want to color outside the lines. And there is zero recorse other than another judge overruling. There isnt a punishment for it.
Well there is some kind of recourse...
Appeal, will be tossed.
And Democrats will then say it’s an extremist judge who did that, and call for more federal court packing.
They are free to say whatever they want. It does not make it a fact.
Main detail that I have run across is how the judge set the RE value of Mar A Lago at $18mill?
https://nypost.com/2023/09/27/donald-trumps-mar-a-lago-worth-at-least-300m-sources/
https://www.newsweek.com/how-much-mar-lago-worth-donald-trump-florida-property-1830195
$18 mil was it's value in 1985 when Trump bought it. He has made extensive renovations since then and turned it into a very exclusive commercial property. Judge is a TDS crackpot.
Zestimates for much smaller neighbors range from $26m, $30m, to $56m, yet the Zestimate for Mar-a-lago is $24m. It is completely ridiculous:
https://patriots.win/p/17r9fso32z/
You can literally fit twenty of the $30 million neighbor lots on the Mar-a-Lago property.
Remember this? https://www.wptv.com/news/region-c-palm-beach-county/palm-beach/zillow-amends-incorrect-listing-amid-mar-a-lago-sale-rumors
I think people are talking about different things. Zillow is probably talking about the value of Trump's private residence inside MAL while others are talking about the value of the entire property. That would explain why they say it is 6000 Sq ft.
Don't think so. Zillow lists the 50+ bedrooms and 30+ bathrooms. But it wouldn't be the first time Zillow crosses up it's specs.
Not too mention there has been a smidge of inflation since 1985.
Interesting. That would fit inline with the commie intention of instituting tax on unrealized gains. They want to tax you on unrealized gains so hard that they are just pretending it’s happening already.
Huh, even far-left Newsweek cites various figures that refutes the judge’s claim.
And who cares if Mar-a-Lago has historic restrictions? Does anyone think a potential buyer would purchase it just to tear it all down?
This judge got his job from an unopposed election. I guess that gives him some ego.
How does NY even claim to have standing on this suit? The supposed "victims" are all lenders that were paid back on time and don't even claim to be victims.
The state has never shown any interest before in suing people who overstated the value of their properties to obtain financing and then fully repaid the loans.

They aren't suing the Trump organization for taxes owed, and if they were making that claim overvaluing property would result in the state owing Trump.
hahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
this will go to the Supreme Court. Courts Just cant Decide to Take someone's Business away cause they dont Like him
I didn't think courts could just take away someone's liberty because they don't like them, but then J6 happened.
Trump will be able to appeal all the way because he can afford to defend himself.
Not unless they break him financially first..which is their intended goal..these people want him and his family destitute..all for the mere fact that he has exposed their corruption and wants to put American First. I hope and pray he makes it through this and gets elected President. These people all need to go down.

Technically, the ruling was from a Supreme Court of NY.
This is a fun Court fact. Look it up.
Correct, that's City Council's job!
Those people that crashed the global economy provided pizza to the people coming after Trump while Trump is trying to throw people indulging in pizza in jail where they belong. Not hard to see why they’re coming after him instead.
Democrats are disgusting.

Do I find the democrats abuse their oath as a Judge, no, its the norm.
No idea why we pretend democrats are good people, they routinely break the law and their oaths, they hate conservatives, they want us dead.
The GOP should probably wake up and realizing ignoring the left isn't a viable option to people who want you dead.
Not sure about "conservatives" but they have no idea what free thinking, freedom loving people are like any more. They simply adopt opinions wholesale by whatever the talking points are on late night talk shows, reddit, et al...

Conservativism was never about Freedom it was about a safe, healthy, successful society with rules and laws.
We don't give a fk about liberals of any type. No libertarians, no anarchists, those are failures.
Humans have been evolving long enough for us to know that successful societies require rules and laws.
We already did the wild west fucko.
People talking about Freedom are talking about American Freedom under God.
why did you reference my comment about evil democrats to reference conservatives?
Supporting democrats is idiotic, that Judge is a corrupt piece of shit, and you are defending him? wtf
I wasn't? Read more carefully.
fuck off troll
I can guarantee that that judge has child pornography in his possession.
No, someone else has his CP in their possession
Crazy? As in unbelievable? Absolutely not. We the people haven't ran this country in decades.
this has to be overruled
What's the point of starting and operating a business when a Lib can just dissolve it in 10 days because they're triggered by something
Trump should sell in NYC. Nothing is going to get better there anytime soon. Bail while you can. Nobody is going to vacation in NYC. It's no longer a tourist attraction.
It's (J)ifferent.
I guess we're never taking our country back are we? Just sit on our hands voting harder while the likes of Ronna McFuckup drives us off a cliff. There is no justice, and now there's a full on invasion going on. We got replaced in our own land, all without a shot being fired.

Crazy? Under this regime, absolutely not. Unjust? Absolutely!
Crazy, huh? Say, didja catch the game last night?
Rules for thee but not for me, it's a one-way street for Democraps.
Without justice, I am not surprised.
This is what really makes me believe that Trump really is a follower of Christ, and not just saying it for political gain with conservatives.
I didn't necessarily doubt him, but there's always room for doubt when talking about billionaires.
The fact that the world is tearing him down is exactly what the Bible says about it's believers
