I saw a few days ago something about Deep Fakes, videos that look real but are not. I found it strange and telling; we will be seeing some shit in the near future of Asshole Politicians in compromising situations. Then they will call it Deep Fakes. Trying to get a head of the shit storm!!!

I actually caught wind of deep fakes about 6 months ago. They're kind of like a double edged sword, on one edge they could be weaponized to make anyone look guilty of a crime (our president for example) on the other edge a criminal democrat (we'll call her smillary crinton) could push the IDEA of deep fake videos out to make ppl think they exist and then use it as a defense if say.....idk she was on a video of herself killing and dismembering a human child.

Deep fakes are really easy to detect right now using software. The danger would be a future where the fakes get so good that they're impossible to detect by checking image error levels.
Extremely easy to detect. You'll be able to fool alot of ppl at face value, but once ppl with the right software pick it apart and analyze it there's no way to pass off a deep fake video as real.
Say a politician gets caught doing something incriminating on video and they try to say "nope that's a Deepfake video that's not me" a simple reading of the source code of that video is gonna tell you if it's legit or digitally created, there's no way to hide that
Hillary mentioned it saying it was on the dark web. But no one could find it.

The infamous video to which Hillary referred is "Frazzled rip". I voraciously read all over the net within days of it supposedly surfacing on the Dark web and read about a half dozen posters who claimed to have seen it. Some felt it was genuine, some not, some uncertain.
There were early reports that Peter Dalglish uploaded it to the dark web just days before his arrest in Nepal for child molestation in a frantic attempt to forstall being arrested by threatening blackmail to powerful people.
I tend to believe this tape exists and is genuine for several reasons.
The first is that the site 'Victory of the Light' posted the pic (from the video) of Hillary and Huma lying upon a ping pong table with no comment (That black and white image, btw, is still online under google images).
Biggest reason why I believe it is real is that Hillary's camp immediately came out with a strange sounding denial and 'cover story' which claimed an actress friend and H actually filmed a short, macabre film with dark overtones.
Weird.
Googled the image of the pp table. You can tell it’s faked by looking at humas shoes. The end of the table can be seen through them.
That was Liddle Shifty Schitt warning us about deep fakes. His tweet came totally out of left field, with no context whatsoever. He must be really scared of what’s coming!
Deep fakes are still a ways off. There's ways to tell it's fake, too. While there's someone making something that looks real, there's also someone exposing it.
