I'm worried you cannot figure it out by yourself. Is not about not being keen to technology, is just basic problem solving. A puzzle with 3 pieces. Put your phone away for one hour and exercise something with a pen and paper. I'm not kidding.

You have to create a link for your photo or video. Then you can post the link. There are several ways to create a link. I used a website called cube upload and did it with my phone.

This is only slightly harder than moving a mouse around your desktop. You would have hated the internet before 2010.
