I don't think it will go to Senate trial. It is all hearsay. They can't be stupid enough to hand that over to a Republican senate. Okay, a few of them are that stupid, but the leadership isn't.
Think about this, for the deep state to remove Trump via the easiest method all they have to do is get to about 4 Republican senators and threaten them and their families to convict. No election to rig, to 2nd term and second impeachment hoax to go through.

We are in a unique point in history where the whole veil could be lifted. Hence the desperation of the opposition ie proceeding with impeachment when they have nothing. This is their hail mary to shut it all down.
I sincerely hope you're correct. I have seen no evidence that any facts will change any leftist's mind on ANYTHING. They're brainwashed beyond all hope in my experience.
If you're talking about an otherwise sensible, liberal leaning, generally Democratic voter who tends to believe mass media...then yes, maybe there is some hope with that demographic. I'd say a lot of people here started out in this camp.
