The police claim they "heard a gun shot" but found no weapons or "large" magazines on the property. This story is total bullshit. This was just another reason for the NY Commie Police to overreact and create a standoff.
I understand they were there because of an alleged prior DV incident (hence his guns were already removed) but their story of "hearing a gun shot" was a complete lie. It's the old, "I smell marijuana so I've got probable cause to search your car" lie.
That said, it's heartening so many pedes are willing to rally if/when needed. The real test is going to come soon in Virginia. Are VA gun owners going to allow the government to take their guns and magazines as the new administration has promised? New York is one thing but Virginia is quite another.
Anyway, we don't know the real story with Alex, the alleged DV, and if someone did call in a Red Flag or not. I doubt we ever will. I'm glad it ended peacefully though.
Notice they are pissed that social media kept them from murdering him. Also that he is described as mentally ill. He may be, but this seems to be the current tactic to justify seizing firearms.

It may have only ended the way it did because people actually got involved. Don't take that part lightly.

He is described as mentally ill by the police and his buddy that called the police on him. Is there any other evidence besides what they have said?
