RECOMMENDATION: To save mods time and ensure very few evil troll posts can be put up before a user is banned, if a user is deported 3 times within an hour, they should be temporarily suspended until a mod investigates.
Other than mods being on new 24/7, this is the only way to ensure we get rid of the scum users and their posts quickly.
The site is tracking the # of post upvotes a user has. Part of the query that can be run when deport is clicked checks to see whether this user has been "deported" by other users in the last hour, and then adds the combined overall post upvotes accrued by users who did the deporting. If it meets a threshold to show that they are established users, there's a temporary suspension.
This makes it extremely difficult for non-TDW users to ever have power to try to suspend true users.
It would be so much easier if that happened after a certain number of downvotes to make the whole process more Democratic. If the post doesn’t fit the general culture then it’ll be downvoted into irrelevancy.
Yes deport count needs to exceed Karma level to auto-lock an account. Fake accounts wont have any Karma, real accounts will have too much Karma to be auto-locked.

Auto suspended is easily abused. Maybe could attach a trust factor based on karma to separate reports from actual pede's vs reports from brigaders.
