No it isn't. Islam is a system with rules how to live. You either have the rules and laws of your country or Islam. There is no middle ground, because Islam forbids it.
I don't call them Asian, but Arabic people. I don't suspect Chinese or Japanese people to be Muslims right. But I have more than enough clan-members and Muslims in my town.
