So far, it sounds like Esper fired the Navy top for disobeying the President's order to return a guy back to duty at his previous rank. The President didn't sign that order only to have the Navy send the Seal back to Trident court. That's double jeopardy.

All these deep state public officials feel that they don't fall under the President's command and they can openly defy him. Their insubordination is sickening and I hope more of these disobedient shitheads face disciplne.

Spencer threatened to quit if he did not get his way with the Navy seal in question. This a direct violation of the chain of command. It threatens the civilian control over our armed forces because the elected president is the commander in chief.
