B.S. right there.... red flag laws turn out like every other law.. I remember when rheu enacted the Drug kingpin Rico laws they said it would ONLY be used for rich drug dealers ( now 3/4 of police departments are partially funded through seizing moms car when JR gets caught with a few drugs, hunting out of season or a number Of other BS crimes.
