Covenant House is an extremely LGBT-friendly, supporting the annual New York City gay pride parade with a float and the hashtag #CovUnity. It also helps to fund the LGBT agenda on a national basis.

The priest/founder was kicked out 30 years ago, wtf does that matter? Covenant House, in general, does good work with getting kids off the street and back into society. Much better use of money than sending poor kids Christmas presents (like what the Salvation Army money was for).
Unless you spend $0 at any company that sponsors any LGBT activities (so pretty much any business), then this is all just hypocrisy.

I’m not done with them. I don’t agree with their recent choices but when you weigh it against their long history of supporting causes the majority of us also support, it’s forgivable. That said, I have decreased going there significantly since (used to go multiple times a week, only been back once since).
I will continue to boycott them every Sunday.
