That is far more difficult than requiring Stormfront to find a different domain registrar (which is what GoDaddy did). Not that I agree with it, but it's not politically the same animal. That said, if the registrar for thedonald.win (fucking GoDaddy - sigh) were to give the same 24 hour notice to move, it wouldn't be that hard to find another registrar.
The site itself is protected by Cloudflare (which had some weird kerfuffle with magaimg that seems to be resolved). The actual website itself sits behind Cloudflare.
