Trump started off being forced to compromise with the media-intelligence complex with a lot of less than optimal nominations for positions (they smeared his pick prior to spencer with media attacks until he pulled himself out of consideration)... but hes been cleaning people out steadily in the last year. Very happy with the direction overall quality of personnel has been going.
He can get a lot done when everyone's distracted by whatever nonsense the media is spreading. A couple weeks ago he appointed a bunch of conservative judges and nobody even noticed because of all the impeachment theatre.
