Red flag laws, however 'well intended' will do more harm than good if the response by LE is this over the top. This can't happen, LE needs to learn some new skills to deal with these new laws people are insisting we adopt. Right now the law and the law enforcers are at odds, police are the wrong people to do this and unless they change their tactics this will blow up in a horrible way.
