I just think that people who still trust the MSM haven't seen them push a narrative against something they believe to be true yet. For my wife, who pays little to no attention to politics, it wasn't until they starting censoring and thought shaping information about vaccines that woke her up to it. She firmly believes (as do i) that they carry some serious risks that should be weighted before use and when her sources of info were getting censored the veil came off.
