I won't discount this. There's usually a big drop every 10-15 years, and we are at the 11-12 year mark now. I'm bracing for a downfall, but hopefully with Trump in office he will know how to avoid this.

That '08 collapse happened when it became apparent that Ozero had a good chance of being elected.
To be fair if we keep rising the way we are there is good chance for a 30% or more correction before 2024
