He doesn't even use arcane or polysyllabic English words when simpler alternatives exist. The left views this, of course, as a flaw or indication of limited mental capacity. It's actually a highly strategic use of language to communicate with the broadest cross-section of society on their level and thus win their hearts and minds, instead of talking over their heads to aggrandize himself.
