If a man who is claiming to be a woman commits a crime and the news broadcasts it as "she killed a person" it would create the illusion that this act was committed by a woman when it was actually committed by a man and would skew the public view of crime and possibly the official statistics depending on how 'woke' the police in the area are... would actually completely alter the accuracy of crime statistics needed to create programs and policing needs.
Further, "she" conveniently changes back into a man -- gender is fluid, donchknow --and now the woke police are looking for a woman while the manly criminal openly struts around. After all, is he guilty? 'Cause she's the one who did it! I'm sure it'll come to these sorts of nutball legal wranglings if we don't derail this open insanity now.
