Appears his extradition hearing is going to be in Feb. I have seen quite a few statements about how ill he is but I haven't seen a specific disease or condition mentioned. Hopefully he can hang on and resolution to his case will happen in Feb.
Something to shift focus toward as that day approaches. Barr inherited this indictment so that is wildcard imo.
