Get rid of the down vote option. What is the reason for it?
Things will rise to the top based in the number of up votes. Or the Mods will remove the post.
It will make it so no one can come in and down vote important post.
Or leave the down vote button but don't factor it in...but don't tell anyone. That way you can still use it to monitor who may on the page (we are no longer a sub) with I'll intent.
