I heard on George Webb on Youtube that Christopher Steele was just the front man and the Steele Dossier was written (at CIA Langley?). Anyone have a paper trail on this one?
Probably January 2016 would be the date it all started and then it would have changed names when Steele gave the ok he would be the Beard.

If I am going to make a claim that is beyond common knowledge, I try to put in a source, unless I say that I know someone that had direct knowledge of it.
I don’t think the Steele dossier was part of the early work done by FGPS.
