It's called a fill light. It is supposed to make her look like less of a corpse on camera. This isn't cheating and proliferating it makes you look dumb.

She cheated in the Democrat debates by getting the questions in advance from Donna Brazile. She cheated in the general election debates by having advocates for moderators. She may have got the questions, too, but we just don't have the same hard evidence to support that. The leaked emails did not cover it. Given her cheating history, I'm convinced she would have at least tried to get the questions early. There were reports that she did try that and succeeded.

Also, she committed loads of other crimes throughout her career. The most well-proven one was routing highly classified emails through a privately owned server at her home while she was Secretary of State. Deliberate compromise of classified information on this scale warrants her summary execution for treason.

In fact, every sitting elected Democrat in the Congress deserves summary execution for treason.
