It is common in "the hood" to pour some liquor on "the ground" as a kind of toast to those were shot in "battles" in "the hood". Hence, the liquor being poured onto the ground, and the weepy black man behind it, barely unable to contain his melancholy remorse for his fallen "homies" in "the hood".

Achshually its common in my rural hood as well, but it's dudes in Cowboy hats pouring libations. Oh and THEY have to shovel the dirt into the grave, too. Kinda cool.
