Significant enough to sway the EC? Doubt it. However, I would recommend that they change their political party to independent then vote for Trump. Anyone who was 15 on Jan 20 2017 is going to watch all the blowback and react accordingly on ther first election.
How much that moves the needle is unknown (youth typically turn out the least), without more digging, but it's another factor to explore.
