Conservatives support so much degeneracy and leftism now. Compare modern conservatives to Bush/Obama-era Democrats, there is not much different besides tax-cuts. Leftists have changed too but the difference is that they've shifted more left while the conservatives have shifted left as well. What will "conservatives" look like in 10 years? Support reparations, open-borders, trans children, drag-queen storytime, etc.

If you haven’t noticed it’s libertarian vs authoritarian right now, not left vs right. So what you’re seeing as tolerance for leftist ideas is just the unusual bedfellows we keep for the time being. You can worry about stupid purity tests once we save the Republic.
There is zero chance to successfully defeat/repel the left when our own side capitulates to leftist narratives and becomes leftist themselves. It's not a purity test, what I'm trying to prevent is American politics being center-left vs socialist left, but that's where we are heading fast.
