Brined the turkey last night and reverse roasted it to juicy perfection! Digital temperature probe with leads you leave in while it cooks, for the win!
So full! I think I went to a size 4 to a 6 in one sitting! Though the pumpkin pie and whipped cream are going to get downed before the afternoon is over. Pumpkin pie spice sprinkled on top for an extra kick...mmmm!
