Can we get subdomains so we can talk about additional special interests with like minded people?

I'd vote for calling them 'Juniors' or "Baronies" instead of subs.

I'm might ask this every week until we get them.

>ask this every week until we get them

Think about it this way ... Some great people spent a year of their time, and much money, to build a home for us. When the house is finally ready to host us, we move in and then immediately start asking for new rooms to be built.

It comes off as ungrateful and entitled.

Now, I'm sure that's not what you mean to be, nor the others who are asking for additional "subs" (Baronies, a great name btw) but that's how it might come across to those who've worked so hard to build this place and to keep it functioning.

Let DT.W be the Trump rally it's meant to be. Let's celebrate this place as it stands now. If additions are made to this home, allow the creators to build them at their own pace.

At least, that's just my $0.02.

I guess I didnt think about that.

I'm certain you aren't that way, which is why I wanted to point out how it might come across to the site creators and other members. The enthusiasm for more "Baronies" is understandable, and I also hope that one day this site can be expanded as time/energy/funding allows. In due time. :-)

I understand what you mean but have a different perspective. My hope was that .win would be more grassroots focused than t_d. My complaint on t_d is that we weren’t focusing on grassroots activism and it’s part of why we lost the house.

I just want some subs that focus on house races. Where we can see upcoming stars we can donate to and volunteer for. If we flip the house and give the gop a majority we can reform government. We have Rand and Cruz that will stop bad legislation and Trump has a veto pen.

This a non stop Trump party. Not a hobby message board.

Who said anything about hobbies? Special. Interests.

Well, help others get on board. What kind of “special interest” presumably heavily censored or banned on Reddit are you referring to?

No. Mods have a second day job moderating one from shills nevermind thousands. Reddit still exist, do it there.

I'm not sure why everyone is so opposed to it, I wouldn't mind talking about motorcycles or CCW or TV with fellow patriots.

well I have more upvotes than negative comments so I'd say that so far its a minority who wouldn't enjoy this.

I had kinda the same thoughts when I first got here. For one thing, the chosen domain name kind of prevents it from being about anything but The Donald. I was thinking; this is nothing more than a single sub done as a stand-alone site, wtf?

But I don't think the goal is to become another reddit. What is reddit full of? 80/90% liberals/leftists. How popular is a new reddit type site going to be with only 10/20% member size?To answer that, simply go to saidit.net and see how little activity there is. It's simply not worth the effort. There's an army of liberals/leftists on the internet, period. There's a slew of conservatives that either don't have much use for the internet or don't know how to use it. Most, simply don't have the time or interest to fight a cyber culture war. Too busy working and raising a family.

Also, as near as I can tell by looking at the html source code, I don't think it's done with the old open source reddit code like saidit is. Pretty sure this site was coded from scratch and that's a big deal.

Feel free to keep battling it out on reddit or start using saidit.net.

thedonald.win is our stand-alone sub and I no longer think that's a bad thing.
