I suspect they may not want to tank things while he is in the WH. He sent a strong signal bringing the Jackson portrait back to the oval office, He would deal with them harshly to say the least.
Rebuilding the MFG base, is a HUGE buffer IF they tank things, and if the rest of the world goes in depression.
I suspect that his second term will not only alter the entrenched bureaucracy, re-instate Justice & punishment, He may even tackle the Banks, the IMF, all the money changer who enslave not only the people but the Government itself !
One can only HOPE, and watch it unfold.
