My parents have not been harassed due to this site yet to my knowledge, but they've been harassed in the past before due to a political yard signs and involvement in the prolife movement in Colombia.
My late Grandma (pretty much the most Christlike human I've ever met in terms of devoting every bit of time she had to helping people) was constantly harassed for years because she led a Prolife chapter in town. Constant phone calls and hangups, slashed tires, egged house
And I don't just mean her charity was only in helping young pregnant women choose life. Everyone in town knew her. People with horrible depression or mental health issues would just come in and talk to her for hours or on the phone. She had the patience of a saint and I'm pretty sure she wasn't ever faking any of it.
On her deathbed she held my hand and told me how awesome and special I was while I was trying to comfort HER, a reflection of her selflessness throughout her life.. Point is, if someone as charitable and empathetic as her would get constant harassment for a political disagreement, anyone could, and from what i've seen most of it is coming from one side, and it's gotten much worse since Trump. He just removed the veil.
