Mine: Horowitz report will show FBI / DOJ played fast and loose with FISA warrants and spies on US Citizens; but over all acted as intended.
Durham will issue criminal indictments for the origin of the Steele Dossier, lying to the FBI to get the surveillance going, and maybe indictments for using the State Department as a kick back grift scam to funnel taxpayer money into political groups and personal accounts.
He has a point. The frog-marching brigade will be disappointed, because they will think that there should be arrests and criminal convictions the day after the report issues.
Mine: Horrowitz is on the wrong team. His report was due months ago. Why is he sitting in it. No indictments, no firings. Durham will charge a few deep staters but no politicians... because presidents don’t imprison other presidents and the conspiracy began and ended with 44

Remember how surprised some people were, because the Mueller report was a nothing burger? People following the news closely were not surprised, because there had been no genuinely damaging leaks, and story after story that fell flat, before it ever issued.
This time, the government has been tight. That's different.
