I am a lone warrior, surrounded this holiday by blind family who get their “news” from John Oliver, SNL, Trevor Noah, CNN and the NYT. I return to work on Monday to lockstep liberal coworkers (all but a few, and we remain in the shadows, keeping tight lips when our bosses make gratuitous Trump jokes in meetings, lest the retaliation arise) but this place is awesome. I look forward to the day when every post has hundreds of comments and thousands of upvotes.

Sorry to hear you are surrounded. That has got to be rough. If there are any lone individuals who seem more likely to be reasonable and actually use critical thinking skills, consider showing them one or both of these videos. These are what red-pilled me about media. I was so naive and these really opened my eyes.
The first one is a Ted Talk by Sharyl Attkisson. She was an exec prod at CBS for 18 years and she talks about how media, governments, big pharma, corporations, groups, etc. use various techniques to manipulate opinion. This opened my eyes and made me do a 180 degree turn around.
What I like about it and why I recommend it is because it's a very non-threatening, non political way of opening people's eyes to the possibility that the things they have been told, have read, have heard, even have seen - may not actually be factual. And of course, her impressive credentials.

Have backups of your backups - This site is hosted on GoDaddy and use Cloudflare for DNS - Both are compromised as far as I know, if they make it go dark then just become an expert in your local and national elections or if you are a business person then RUN FOR THE JOB!
