Employees all the way down to the very bottom. The job security for Federal workers in DC is way too high. It needs to be easier to fire the leeches in our system that are working against our system.

When you see that the massive expansion of the fed govt post-911 that every president has enthusiastically expanded, and realise inevitably its the same as any aggressive entitled welfare line-up.
