Everyone, the second you disagree with the far left you are in a war. Subjective story ahead but the message stands.. Whether you like it or not, we are in the fight of our lives. I have ‘best friends’ I had thanksgiving with, and all was great. At dinner the topic of policy came up and I typically avoid these conversations to not create division in my friend group. Well, I voiced my real opinion, and I was attacked. It was a 6 v 1 verbal battle, and my ‘friends’ were all drowning out my arguments with coordinated arguments (they all kept on shouting over me). It got heated to a point where we were all yelling, and kid you not my ‘friend’ literally jumped over the table and began fighting me. Glasses shattered, shirts ripped, a lot of scrappiness... less than thirty seconds and it was done. We’re all normal people, the ‘common folk’. BUT, my friends are ready to literally jump over a table and fight for their ideas, ideas that rival what WE stand for. Memes are fun and all, but, we need to voice our opinions in front of people to make 2020 happen. We need to vocalize. I felt small tonight, but I know I would have felt smaller would I have not said what needed to be said. I guess what I’m saying, is be loud. Be fucking loud... Be Loud Pedes
