The Commies desperately want a recession before the election. Too bad, the American public doesn’t.

Thanks for this. I've felt cut off from real news more and more as each day passes.

4
alfredbester 4 points ago +4 / -0

I put rantingly in my favorites bar where Drudge was, it's like having the old drudge back. Sometimes I compare the two and the difference is staggering. It's like the sole purpose of Drudge now is to make people depressed. I know somebody bought it out and I've heard it was a Chinese deal but I don't know if that's true.

Are we really going to just sit back and let the Chinese government buy and run our Constitutionally protected media outlets?

Matt Drudge has not Come Forward to Explain why the business he built ON THE USA has been sold. This Business was built over 23 years. It started in 1995.

WHY WOULD A PATRIOT GIVE AWAY AN AMERICAN BUSINESS THAT IS 23 YEARS OLD WITHOUT TELLING THE TRUTH ?

14
Vinyl_Hunter 14 points ago +14 / -0

Matt drudge is not a patriot. Go back and watch some interviews

He’s a pissy little log cabin Republican who wears a fedora and lives in west Hollywood and literally suck strange dicks all day long.

It was only a matter of time before all of that liberal semen he swallowed started to affect his soy levels

For that sweet sweet $$$.

The dude is 53 years old. Now he's a multimillionaire. I'm sure all he wants to do is just retire and forget about the world since he now has enough money to not give a shit for the rest of his life.

3
f_bastiat 3 points ago +3 / -0

That's the reality of it. It sucks but he got his so good for him, I wish he would have ended it differently but it wasnt my decision to make.

That's what makes me more thankful for Trump. He could have done the same, but he loves America.

Macy’s is flat, if that’s even true, because Black Friday spending is moving online.

5
thisguy883 5 points ago +5 / -0

I went shopping yesterday with the wife.

Black Friday spending is definitely still alive and well at the malls and various stores around the city. The online market is booming as well, but holy shit, I've never seen the mall so packed this year.

2
PremiumPatriotPepe 2 points ago +2 / -0

Ghost town is the last way I would describe it!

3
SwampSwan 3 points ago +3 / -0

I've noticed that I never get stabbed by Peaceful Foreigners whilst shopping online.

So I've got that going for me, which is nice.

2
alfredbester 2 points ago +2 / -0

Jeff Bezos knows you down to your underwear, though.

So there's that.

1
SwampSwan 1 point ago +1 / -0

True! I don't do the amazon thing, but I do shop a lot of big name brands from their sites so Goolag knows all about me & probably told Beezus.

1
DisgustedByMisleadia 1 point ago +1 / -0

That's what both articles say. The OP's out-of-context screenshots are the fake news.

9
Trump4a3rdTerm 9 points ago +9 / -0

I suspect Matt sold out- the site has been used to blue pill his audience for over a year. If true, it's disgraceful Matt agreed to terms where he has kept quiet about it.

5

2

2

Drudge became rich by running interference for the Clintons.

Back in the day, there were a few talk show hosts, like George Putnam in LA, and a few websites, most notably FreeRepublic (at the time, largest website on planet by traffic) who were discussing actual serious crimes by the Arkansas grifters.

I won’t do the litany, but they certainly weren’t limited to blowies in the Oval Office which is how the media was able to spin the focus that was MANUFACTURED to take the heat off the grifters.

Ken Starr did his part, the media theirs, and Drudges website was chosen to pump the story out there the desperately needed to change the building anger.

Barr worked for Starr, so don’t expect much outa him. Yes, I’ve seen this movie before, as I was a member of FR back in its heyday. (Bounced because I wasn’t a Shrub fan, I considered him Clintons wing man.)

I hope I’m wrong, but I really don’t think we can vote our way out.

2
butt 2 points ago +2 / -0

Everything about Drudge is pathetic anymore. It’s sad to see someone sell out so badly, and it is reflected in how badly his site is performing in traffic rankings.

2
RichardKimball 2 points ago +2 / -0

Macy's quit carrying Trump suits. They wanted off the MAGA train. They got off the MAGA train.

2
thisguy883 2 points ago +2 / -0

Commie Drudge Report: See, the economy isn't as great as DRUMPF told you it was.

Rest of the country: RECORD SALES THIS BLACK FRIDAY!

Also, Drudge report was bought out in secret like a year or 2 ago by some lefty company. That's why its been spewing bullshit propaganda lately. Matt Drudge doesn't even run the site anymore, let alone have any say on whats posted on it.

2
InventorOfBacon 2 points ago +2 / -0

Drudge is a cucked bitch. Rantingly all the way

2
Ottoandersson 2 points ago +2 / -0

It was dead for me. Online shopping is just superior. All the deals I went for were available also in the comfort of my own home. They offered more deals when I did it online or by app.

Both stories can be correct. Plus, Macy's sold put to the outrage mob as seen in Trumps book crippled America.

1
DisgustedByMisleadia 1 point ago +1 / -0

The second article from Fox Business refers to online shopping, not in-store retail shopping.

2
f_bastiat 2 points ago +2 / -0

Everything is shifting to online and in store pickup purchased. The crazy morning rushes don't happen anymore because of the liability. 15 years ago I worked in retail for a midnight open, the lines would be wrapped around the building, now they open at 8am, 0 line. The money is still obviously flowing in, the method has shifted.

2
B4OPENSPACE 2 points ago +2 / -0

Drudge made deals with the devils. Why do I think this happened? Favorable stories about Trump have paywalls up including NYT and WP. Devastating hit pieces by NYT and WP....NO PAYWALL.

1
maganify 1 point ago +1 / -0

I've been chasing black friday deals for 20+ years. And I do agree with the headline, but not for the reasons ChiCom Report is trying to convey.

I think it is true, a lot of the hype for black friday has fizzled. Not due to a bad economy, but due to stores opening earlier and earlier on Thanksgiving and offering the same or better online opportunities. In the past stores would open at 6-8AM Friday morning with lines wrapped around the store. Now there isn't any set time for black friday. Combined with the economy being the best it's been this century there really isn't much of an incentive for stores to offer big doorbuster deals nor is there much of an incentive for consumers to endure the chaos of chasing these deals IRL especially when the same or better deals are available online.

For the first time in two decades I stayed home.

Drudge sold out to big tech a while back. Rantingly.com.

1

Or the headline should read Economy is doing so great, Americans do not need to wait for black friday to buy what they want!

1

1
toolman0701 1 point ago +1 / -0

To be fair, I work in retail and our store was less busy than it was in the past. However, it stayed busy steadily throughout the day. I called our store a ghost town yesterday morning also, but by staying with a steady flow all day, by 5 o'clock we were right on pace to make our projected sales.

1
ConsrvspkgNJ 1 point ago +1 / -0

You watch, it is going to be like 1992 all over again where the Communists in our Mainstream Pravda try to talk up and manufacture a recession. The best part is we know their roadmap and can defeat it when they begin but we do need to watch the libs try and manufacture a recession (or the appearance of a recession) that they can hang around Trump. Won't work, though.....Keep America Great!!!!

I gotta think that the DNC got some kind of Epstein dirt on Drudge. No doubt he has turned to utter crap, but didn't always seem to be like that. Something seemed to have happened... I de-bookmarked his site a couple of months ago and have not been back since.

In this case, YOU are the fake news, not Drudge.

If you had linked to the articles instead of making an out-of-context screenshot, your subterfuge would have been impossible.

Drudge's article is referring to retail store shopping. The Fox article is referring to online shopping.
