She's been a die-hard Dem all of her life. Spent a lifetime working for Social Security and is one of the most intellectually astute people I know. She was just born in the wrong place to be a true free-thinker...and came into adulthood at a time when the Dems were doing a pretty good PR job of being the "every man" party.

Just this admission gives me lots of hope, though. I look forward to our future conversations on the topic!
