So weird. Militias are specifically mentioned by the constitution as protected.

Same thing happened in Cali this year. State decided it could gatekeep the primary with tax-return requirements. The constitution is very clear on this. States do not decide who can run for president--only the constitution does. Tax returns aren't mentioned as a requirement.

It was defeated by the state supreme court--a very liberal one--I think unanimously.
We are very fortunate to be protected by the constitution--but our protection relies on no clowns making the decisions at the highest levels. This is why the SC picks are so important.
