Statistically white females are the least likely to date outside their race. Females from other races mix much more readily, and when they do go outside their race, they're most likely to select white males.

That's not what the signal is telling people though. The current messaging is that white women are race-mixers and even prefer African men. It's a disloyalty message and should actually be offensive to white women, but promiscuity in general is dressed up as empowerment.
